The true question to be asked is : If a train were racing full speed toward 5 people, and the only way to make it stop was to drink all passengers breast milk, would he drink the milk before, or after shooting the 5 people in the head ?

For anyone who cares, the simple distinction is that clips load magazines. Magazines can be external or internal. Old rifles had like an M1 Garand or K98k had internal magazines, modern firearms have external.
I love the juxtaposition between these two and the humor that is coming from ONE person in chat getting extremely pissed off by the joke to the point that they say, "I'm considering reporting this." *Chef's kiss*
If Doug went skydiving without a parachute and was about to land on Parkzer, but if Parkzer pulled out his gun and shot Doug he would be able to divert his fall so Doug wouldn't hit him, would Parkzer shoot Doug?
@@beastongaming1866 yeah they even mention jack at some point in this video, pretty sure they’re different people. especially since jack was only a lawyer and parkzer is a lawyer, police officer and doctor
The question about twitch chat controlling a gun via chat is unironically a legitimately fascinating hypothetical, as a law student. My first impulse is to assume chat would be liable, assuming they're fully aware that the gun will fire
but in that situation, doug set up a gun also knowing it would fire at him, right, so would he be partially liable too? also would it just be everyone in chat who typed "shoot", since there's no way of telling which message was the trigger? related, if a few thousand people tried to shoot a gun at someone simultaneously and all of them missed but one and there was also no way of telling which gun the bullet came from, are they all charged with murder?
But he did say that he doesn't just follow laws because breaking them would land him in legal trouble, but because he sees laws as guidelines that are there for a reason.
I really appreciate the level of professionalism parkzer replies with to every one of Doug and chat's absolutely bonkers ridiculous questions. Parkzer is my favorite addition to the Dougdoug cinematic universe
Hi, to explain the international waters thing, when in international waters you follow the laws of the location in which your official manifest says you are going, if you have no planned location to land then it is the location in which you left from, if you are not in a vehicle (a non-national port, permanent barg, unclaimed sea platform, or private oil drill) then it is, techniqually, free reign as there is no nation which can apply its laws.
Doug: "Parkzer, would you shoot a guy if he was breast feeding in public?" Parkzer: "What? No!" Doug: "Guys, Parkzer is the most responsible gun owner I know!" Gotta say Doug, the standard you have for somebody being a "responsible gun owner" makes me really happy that you don't have a gun!
It's so funny and wholesome to see Parkzer be actually genuine and responsible with his answers when it comes to Doug's and chat's rather *interesting* questions, than joke about them =)) I don't see him annoyed by those, knowing what he's getting himself into.
My honest answer to the trolley problem is that I would attempt to derail the trolley by pulling the lever at just the right moment. I’m not saying it would work, but I would try.
In case anyone cares for a better explanation. A magazine is a device, either removable or fixed that feeds a firearm ammunition. Most firearms that shoot multiple rounds have a magazine. A clip is a bracket that is used to keep ammunition together as one unit. Clips are used to fill a firearms magazine. So the metal bracket you see people using to fill up a gun in some fps games are a clip. In short. Clips refill magazine, and magazines feed the gun.
Translation on Parkzer's Behalf: I do not see the law as just a list to prevent crimes, but also as a general guide of ethics. Some parts of the guide are often ignored, such as the Georgia law that states that no one can put ice cream in their back pocket on Sundays to prevent horse theft, or how in California, you can't eat a frog that died from a frog-jumping competition, or in Arizona, you can't put a donkey in a bathtub. Driving above the speed limit is technically illegal, but it is not enforced unless you drive much faster than the speed limit. This is why I see the law as a suggestion, and not just a set of rules, although it's technically both depending on the law. Wow, that Police Officer Attorney, Parkzer, sure has a way with words!
I love these twos friendship because Doug and Parkzer couldn't be more of like... Opposites if they tried. Parkzer is this logical upright lawyer cop who follows rules and keeps things orderly. And Doug is a madman who regularly fights the Alphabet while chugging Olive Oil.

I have never seen a more experienced cop/lawyer in my lifetime. Parkzer is an amazing person and I hope to see the sequel when he finally shoots Doug.
For anyone who cares, the simple distinction is that clips load magazines. Magazines can be external or internal. Old rifles had like an M1 Garand or K98k had internal magazines, modern firearms have external.
And that Parkzer was totally wrong with saying that automatic guns use clips. Do AKs use clips? No, they use magazines.
Pls more with parkzer, it is always interesting to her the knowledge of a cop and an attorney
And a firearm enthusiast
And a doctor

Oh gosh I can’t believe this guy agreed to appear after the Faendal incident
@@beastongaming1866 yeah they even mention jack at some point in this video, pretty sure they’re different people. especially since jack was only a lawyer and parkzer is a lawyer, police officer and doctor
Faendal incident?
What incident
@@sandmountainsam9287 it's in one of the skyrim videos
@@FriskyD. thank you
I love how real is in quotes, rather than lawyer. Implying that parkzer might not be real, but definitely IS a lawyer
You should have guests like this on your channel more often. This was such a fun stream.
Gotta say, loving the constant Doug uploads now.
I love how this channel has been dougdoug dessert, dougdoug detention, and now just dougdougdoug
Kinda weird that the only thing stopping Parkzer from killing literally everyone he's ever met is whether or not he goes to court over it
Makes me wonder what he does in his free time just because it’s legal
But he did say that he doesn't just follow laws because breaking them would land him in legal trouble, but because he sees laws as guidelines that are there for a reason.
16:05 - I'm impressed that Parkzer's belief that there is a reason to things AND is a friend to Doug
I like the contrast between parkzer who lives in a very reasonable and logical sphere and mindset, and then... There's Doug.
I really appreciate the level of professionalism parkzer replies with to every one of Doug and chat's absolutely bonkers ridiculous questions. Parkzer is my favorite addition to the Dougdoug cinematic universe
doug is unironicly the first youtuber you can watch like 18 times and still laugh at whatever is happening
Doug: "Parkzer, would you shoot a guy if he was breast feeding in public?"
Parkzer: "What? No!"
Doug: "Guys, Parkzer is the most responsible gun owner I know!"
Gotta say Doug, the standard you have for somebody being a "responsible gun owner" makes me really happy that you don't have a gun!
How do we know he doesn’t
It's so funny and wholesome to see Parkzer be actually genuine and responsible with his answers when it comes to Doug's and chat's rather *interesting* questions, than joke about them =)) I don't see him annoyed by those, knowing what he's getting himself into.
My honest answer to the trolley problem is that I would attempt to derail the trolley by pulling the lever at just the right moment. I’m not saying it would work, but I would try.
But is the trolley is empty?
In case anyone cares for a better explanation. A magazine is a device, either removable or fixed that feeds a firearm ammunition. Most firearms that shoot multiple rounds have a magazine. A clip is a bracket that is used to keep ammunition together as one unit. Clips are used to fill a firearms magazine. So the metal bracket you see people using to fill up a gun in some fps games are a clip. In short. Clips refill magazine, and magazines feed the gun.
And what Parkzer was calling a clip, was a belt...if i heard his explanation correctly
@@mrhyde4732 Yeah, he is describing a belt fed firearm.
Translation on Parkzer's Behalf:
I do not see the law as just a list to prevent crimes, but also as a general guide of ethics.
The entire stream in a nutshell "I am not a lawyer" "I am not a poilice officer" "I am not going to shoot you"
19:00 It's called a magasine!
Doug can predict the future
Super helpful. Since this vid, I'm up to 9 kills in the Yellowstone Zone of Death. I haven't really decided on a motif, but I do know I want my serial killer name to be the "Yellow-Bellied Slasher." Thanks for the advice, and for helping me find my place in the world, guys!
"You stabbed Parkzer. With the console controller."
"Ouch."
