- Pierre is caught selling my products as his own as long as they're good quality! If they're bad he's happy to tell everyone they're mine. He seemed like such a straightforward nice guy too.. Turns out if you sell him a large quantity of edible items, he will sell them to other NPC's and they will comment about it should you ask them. Stardew Valley gameplay with my commentary as always!

Wow...someone needs to make a mod solely dedicated to F*CKING PIERRE OVER. Make it so that that selling out to Joja doesn't just turn the community center into a warehouse, but runs Pierre's shop out of business, turning his house into another Joja store. Without any money, he's forced to bring his family to squat at the train station (mostly so that Abigail will still be around to marry and divorce). He'll have to work at Joja for the rest of his life.

@@kenzeeheard2261 Or, combine those two and more! What if meeting certain requirements triggers events sort of like a heart event. But instead of growing closer to Pierre, you grow one step closer to ruining him in every way possible.
EVENT 1: His reputation. Requirement: sell Pierre some produce and see text of villagers attributing the good ones to him. The event will center on confronting Pierre on his lies and exposing him to the people of Pelican Town as a liar.
EVENT 2: His business. Requirement: Sell out to Joja. Pierre loses most of his business to Joja and is forced to close down his shop.
EVENT 3: His home. With no means of supporting himself or his family, Pierre is forced to sell his house, turning it into another Joja mart and works behind the counter part time. He is very miserable like this. His family must live up at the train station until they better options.
EVENT 4: His family. Sick of living in a spa, Caroline finally reveals the shocking truth; Abigail is really the Wizard's daughter and she never loved Pierre. She only married him for financial stability. And now that that's gone, she has no to reason to stay. She takes Abigail to live with the Wizard, who does the right thing and takes them in, leaving Pierre alone.
EVENT 5: His happiness. His wife gone, his daughter not his child, and his former home a base for his mortal enemies, Pierre spirals into depression. He has an episode at his Joja job and is promptly fired. Now he is unable to even feed himself. No matter where he turns, he finds no sympathy. He is in a hell of his own making.
EVENT 6: His freedom. Employees of the Joja mart that was Pierre's home discover his 'secret stash' and quickly connect it to him. He's put in prison and leaves Stardew Valley for good leaving only a final letter to the player.
That's what you get for lying about my apricots you bastard. Next on the list: the impeachment, arrest, and replacement of the corrupt Mayor Lewis.

@@lmaolmao2544 I am completely chill. Chill is the best thing to be when plotting the downfall of NPCs. Lol, in all seriousness though, I am chill. I'm just really long winded and have nothing better to do than throw out ideas for mods that I don't have the skills to make myself.
As for Lewis though, I think a similar process to what I outlined for Pierre would suffice. Expose his affair with Marnie to lower the town's faith in him, uncover his golden statue and expose that, find out about his misappropriation of town funds/general laziness and blow the lid on that, get him arrested and replace him with a new, date-able NPC who's actually a competent mayor.
This is why I sell my crops straight to my bins. Pierre not getting rich on my produce and be able to brag about it!
I only sell my stuff to Pierre if I'm already out and just holding stuff. OR TO JUST SEE HOW MUCH IT WOULD MAKE.

Kamden Vera Eeeeh, you can certainly bake a melon, though. You can bake a whole bunch of different fruits to make pies and tarts, for example. They can also accompany certain dishes and it’s not so bad. But I get what you mean, they way they phrased it made it seem like they literally just popped the melon onto a stovetop and fried it or something XD

@@zutaca2825 well if you think about it DF just sold the mushrooms to him in real life he was doing it for fun but as the farmer in the game he was just selling them to get money for his farm. The farmer (not DF) wouldn't actually know that Pierre would sell them out as food for the town. So in a sense.... Pierre and DF want to watch the town burn.
