The 13-year-old boy was the aggressor? Can't believe her attorney could say that with a straight face. Last I checked, we put teachers and administrators in those positions to TEACH and EDUCATE our youth on what a proper boundary should be. Even if you're crushing on an adult, it's their responsibility to shut you down. That woman is an utter failure.
It was typical victim blaming. Even if the kid had been aggressively pursuing her, she was the fucking adult in the room and she knew right from wrong. So infuriating.
A lot of these lawyers out there are worse than the perk and it's sickening how they try and keep them on the streets so they can have another victim that suffers. 😢🤬😈

Huge respect to the daycare worker that reported her boss and got video. Knowing she could loose her job but protecting those kids.
But didn't she say that this had happened a few times and she got fed up? If so then she deserves zero respect. She should have raised alarms the first time. We have a 18 year old kindergarten teacher at my school.
@jimwilliams7937 he was subbing.....
In some states, all you need is a high school diploma and complete a certification course 😬

What in the hell would a grown woman see in a 13 year old boy??
FR like what the hell is a young adult stereotypically attractive white woman trying to get out of seducing a literal 13yo. I don't see any reason why she couldn't have had any guy her age, she looked well put together and approachable (obviously not anymore after knowing she's a SO). Makes it all the more disgusting when her lawyer was victim blaming. As if she doesn't know any better or has a hard time seeing dudes her age. She alone made the choice to prey on a child. You'd never hear the same thing about a male predator from the court. Pretty white privilege at it's finest.
🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
Simple, it's about control. She is in a position of authority over them, and knows that they are told every day to listen to teachers and listen to her in particular. It was a power trip.
@@CSEmberor she has an obsession or fantasy about that other case where the teacher eventually married the 12 year old student that she abused.
It doesnt matter....Its wrong. Even if the "teenager" is "mature"...... Adults know better. Its truly gross.
Disgusting for this attorney for Brittany saying this was a teenager. Give me a break. He is still considered a child 😡😡😡 Shame on the judge
"He's a teenager" like how did she think that was better???
@@lemer2935I know right
WHY WOULD ANYONE ABUSE SUCH AN INNOCENT CHILD!
THAT'S SICK AND INHUMANE!
her attorney really sat up there and said the 13 year old boy was the problem…
“He was a teenager” that’s absolutely disgusting a full grown women should no not to do it with a little boy
In the final case: Her OWN kids were taken away from her, but she is still allowed to be a teacher? Does that make sense to anybody?
How can an adult even look at or think of a child in a sexual way moreover pursue them and violate them in such a way? That is dusturbing af and disgusting.
It is. The issue is that some people grow up in a way to have these likings. Any "normal" person doesnt have them. Its a psychological issue.
I feel like it’s really sweet when the police officers let the little boy at the daycare draw on his arm. Very sweet interaction ❤
5:42 Sadder part is that shit like this is common place in special education places. In elementary school, my teacher would commonly purposely slammed my fingers on the door and claimed it was an "accident" and commonly pushed me and forced me to pick up stuff by forcely grabbing my hand with strength that felt like my hand was about to crush.
Yikes it happened to me to my teacher used to hate cuz i dont know stuff on the subject we study she literally bullied me a lot to the point where i cried and ppl defended me
The first woman: OMG THE boys voices although distorted, you can’t even hear the “change” in their voice from puberty 😢😢
I’d probably go insane from being ENRAGED!!!
Jesus, those boys at the start sounded SO YOUNG and she and her lawyer are acting as if they were lotharios! So disgusting! :(
As someone who was emotionally and verbally abused by teachers as a kid seeing these monsters go to jail heals my inner child
The teacher that was drinking in school was arrested again when she appeared in court drunk. 🤦🏾♀️
I can’t believe she had the option to just go home, and not get arrested like she didn’t admit to multiple crimes!!!!
Exactly!! God forbid she would’ve gotten violent while drunk and hit the kids!!
She needs help.
She is an alcoholist
I mean as far as I know legally your allowed to drink as long as your over 21 and she wasn't slurring her speech or anything that would make me think that she was a danger to herself or anyone else some people function well when drinking so yeah maybe a school isn't the right place for it and as far as I can tell it's not drunken disorderly but aside from a bad decision and public intoxication that didn't seem to Impair her I'm not exactly seeing how she is worse then pedophiles
8 years!? 240 to 8 years!? What a joke
Our justice system is so screwed up.
Word.
Ikr, literally that is a 232 year difference. HOW DID IT GO SO DOWN?
Crazy
@@strawberryx8908guilty plea for 4 counts and is on a register and a convicted felon, meaning most of his life is over. He has to let everyone know, can't vote, can't own a gun, can't leave the country
the officers with the 3 year old boy were SO GOOD with him i hope they get a HUGE raise .
and i am glad that boy was rescued .
the fact that he even offered resignation as an option was extremely generous
I have an autistic daughter. If that woman had picked up my baby like she did that poor little boy, she never would have made it to trial. She would have been a shallow grave somewhere remote.
Now ya talkin’… 👍.
Sincere question as my boyfriend has an autistic child in his family. What is the proper way to deal with this when they misbehave, especially when they are endangering themselves or others?
@@LK-xf7ln I can't speak for all kids however, i volunteer at my church on the weekends and I've worked with autistic kids. Not always but a lot of times when they're misbehaving it's because they're overstimulated and on their way to a meltdown.
So, to try to prevent this we change the scenery by going on a quiet walk in the hallways, sometimes having a conversation with them asking them how they felt, giving them earmuffs, giving them fidget toys so their bodies has a way to be stimulated so their minds can focus on the tasks asked of them, taking them to another room to try to figure out the problem and not disturb the rest of the kids.etc
The biggest thing is trying to figure out how they communicate because it's not the same as neurotypical kids which takes a lot of compassion and patience but is so worth the reward.
Once you figure out how they communicate then you figure out how to discipline them because discipline isn't supposed to be abusing or taking your frustration out on a kid that isn't listening to you. Discipline is supposed to teach them things like there's consequences for your actions and that when you don't listen to instructions you can get hurt.
But, overstimulating them when you know specific sensory things bother them, physically hurting them, insulting them because you're frustrated and think they don't understand.etc None of those are the way to go. Long story short, spend time with them and you'll learn what does and doesn't work.
@@LK-xf7ln i would say to explain it to him in a calm way what he did wrong, why he can't do what he did and how the other person felt and give advice on how he can go about the situation differently. as a autistic person myself that was what my parents did and it helped me understand.
You and me both!
Asher only gets eight years? The girls will be traumatized. Why is he let off so easily?! He ruined these girls' lives!
How does a 19 year old become a teacher??
When I was in middle school, I was in special programs. Our teacher was a psychopath. She would lock us in an underground book room. If one of the kids threatened to tell I literally saw her drive the kid by the hair, throw her on the floor and sit on her until they circle, I actually got to the point where I preferred the book room over being in her class. I actually felt safe there. It was eventually found out, but nothing was done. We had a dust student who her favorite activity was yelling at for some reason she noticed we were going missing And she wrote on a piece of paper. Where are you going? I told her where we were. She told her sign language person who then came and found us in the book room. Once nothing was really done. I remember her saying that she hated kids I couldn’t figure out why she was a teacher. She hated kids , it was a nightmare
They don’t seem to realize or care that what they’ve done to us will stay with us for the rest of our lives.
Brittany’s attorney is ridiculous…
Feminist - hating on the boy child. So rotten but we coddle women and so it will go on and on now.
What the hell? Blaming a 13 year old?! HES THE VICTIM
That second case hit too close to home. I was a victim in a daycare like that, and no one ever did anything. I never told anyone because I thought I would get in trouble. Cannot thank that employee enough for alerting police, child abuse like that deserves life. Things like this rarely get reported and that’s so scary. I hope that kid is doing okay.
An attorney who doesn’t know the difference between a MOLAR and a MOLE?
Honestly so disgusting they tried to blame a 13 year old boy.
9:17 THE COPS ARE AWESOME THEY JUST LET HIM COLOR / COPY HIS HAND ON PAPER AWWW IT MADE MY HEART MELT 🫶😭😭
Yea fr
There you go ~ blame the victim .... typical ! Smh
as an autistic teenager who's hyperfixation is autism itself, the police did a very great job handling the situation with the autistic child👍
If i ever found out my granddaughter was treated the way that 2nd teacher treated that child, i would be going to jail myself!
5:56 if I was the parent of the child, that “director” wouldn’t have made it to court. Don’t touch my child.
He wasnt a child ,he was a teenager, he was agressive, HES A KID. HES A STILL A YOUNG BOY. THATS DISGUSTING WHAT THAT LADY SAID AND WHAT THE TEACHER DID
20:09 Holy Crap! You blew a 0.248 BAC! That's 3X legal limit 🤦💩
I love how caring the police were at 9:02. So sweet! They made the little boy so comfortable.❤
16:42 “would you be willing to take a breathalyzer test?” *fking disappears* 🤣
The way the cops were so good with the three year old and the cop let him draw on him was so sweet!
4:40 13 year old Boy was aggressive with an adult teacher in power? That lawyer should be disbarred and banned from procreating
She's allowed to make this statement, and I don't think she should be disbarred, but I have no idea why the hell she would. Just a plainly terrible strategy to victim blame a 13 year old.
@@jglazemoney yeah 😔
A lawyer victim blaming!? Disgusting!!!
Unfortunately a lawyer's job isn't to reveal the truth. It's to defend their client. She's doing her job and she isn't gonna be disbarred for that. The way the court system operates, it's not about morals. It's possible she herself is not even believing a word she's saying.
@@jordyschnaitman501 agreed
The drunk lady is far from “more frustrating” than the substitute
The last case. The crazy lady switched pretty fast. It's very scary to imagine living with her
Hold it! 19 is not old enough to have gotten the proper schooling and certifications to be a substitute teacher. That school let person without experience, probably no background check, and definitely no finger print clearance card (required in the usa for any job working with children). Those school districts better have gotten in big trouble. And yes I know in some states there are no rules about how qualified a substitute needs to be, but that doesn’t excuse the schools from being negligent about who they’re allowing in their schools. Most school districts (no matter the state laws) require a substitute to have a at least a two year degree and part of those degrees is supervised teaching experience. This guy was not old enough to have gotten any experience before substituting at 8 schools. There’s a high probability substituting was his first ever job. Yes, I know there’s a possibility they wouldn’t have found anything in a background check and still might have happened, but requiring any type of supervised experience could also have gotten him caught sooner. Even if it’s just a teacher that’s supervising noting something odd about his interactions with children. There’s also high probability that if he had to get a degree in the first place, he wouldn’t have. I can’t believe some people. Negligent schools and awful teachers are what I hate the most.
(Also I was a teacher for years and still keep up my certifications and clearance. I do know what I’m talking about)
A two year degree? I didn't even know there was such a thing. The shortest term for a degree here (Scotland) is 3 years and another 1 for a teaching diploma. A teaching degree takes 4.
In Georgia, you get fingerprints, background check and can sub after an 8 hr class.
No degree needed for a substitute. Just a class and background check
@nancymcnally7849 wow, that's crazy
@RockStar_Love mad! You need to be registered teacher here.
