In our pursuit to find "the flight line" we ended up doing loads more flying passes lower and lower to see if we could scratch our way out of it.
I also share some tips on how to maximize flights, by going to minimum sink position when in light lift, and turning in lift rather than flying past it.
Really good fun and good practice to get the skills for those scratchy days!

Fun stuff...........what a great place to fly!!
Haven’t seen Gemma fly or ground-handle in ages - love to see you again Gemma.
minimum sync position all the time, keep the speed stable and work with S and 8 curves... it works most of the time... as you show the ground handling is the base for everything... I would like to see that same test in a site that is not in the coast because this is not the reality of most of the pilots so if they saw that and use this technic the result could be different...
thanks for sharing
Yeah inland and with thermals it's a completely different (and even more complex) story :)
@@AndreBandarra1Bandarra the beach is an awesome place to test and discover the limits in a safe and optimal condition...
The world's most fun game of keepy upsies, gotta make a trip to the beach some day
I really enjoy your video’s! Great personality!
Perhaps No. 1 again .... although I reckon that you are No.1
But, but, but, I really want to see Gemma fly more!
I agree
May the wind continue to blow through your toes. Nice weather!
Fun fun fun, now Gemma's turn, catch you later.
