@ 7:08 you got a guffaw from both my EE self, and my "married to an engineer" wife...HILARIOUS!!! Bandarra says "since you're pretty decent at ground handling" Other fellow says " little bit"... Given all that bit of humility and likely understatement, hang on tight, and enjoy the "ride"... ;-) Nice when people who actually know what they are doing don't go round shoving down other people's throats.
Those couple of misty landings at the end were seriously impressive, hand inputs & timing were as perfect as they get! Your next challenge now is to not let the glider touch the ground at all😁 its the hardest part & takes the longest to learn, if you can do that then you've mastered it🙂
Those were literally my 3rd and 4th attempt :D Afterwards we did shoot a tutorial for Jack's channel and on that I had another 5-10 tries and managed to get it to not touch :D can't wait for that to come out :) Cheers dude, appreciate it!
I got a qustion about is it possible to glide slide a sand dunes like a paraglider using a 9 cells skydiving canopy?? has anyone tried something like this?
Super cool progression to misty landing. Nice video. I loved the groundhandlingchallange as well. You really need to work on your starting technique Andre, everything else looks fine...;)
@@OriginalDimascus A tutorial about it should come out soon on Jack's channel but I have to say that the biggest thing for me was to really commit to the initial pull. On his video you'll probably see that I messed up a couple of times and didn't pull hard enough and that launched me sideways towards the ground really hard! No damage done and happy I was wearing a helmet. But all to say, be careful, when it goes wrong you can get hurt!
Really nice video and a good way to practice ground handling. I was wondering how a High En B glider would react to those tricks, specially the 360 landings.
Was a blast hanging out mate, looking forward to seeing you soon!
Let u guys to it, I got so sick doing my first ones it lasted days, not doin’ that again.
So stoked to see you do a misty landing!! Can't wait to progress to those!

Man you nailed that misty twice! That was super impressive!

@@AndreBandarra1 Damn you learned it way quicker then I did, took me a while! I just subbed to his channel so keen to see it:)
@@AndreBandarra1 this video was not released?
I did tricks like these in 1990's guys on crappy polish Paraglide "Challenger" 27sq/m. Nice work :P

Probably possible but you would need a lot of wind and a very steep dune
Looks so amazing!

This was fun to watch!!!
Awesome!
That was awesome..........Jack is an amazing pilot!....................You aint so bad yourself ;)
What was the wind speed?
Pi2 is my dream wing, or the griffin by Gin
It's a really fun wing to fly I can say that much! Want to go back to the beach now and give the misty a proper go :D
@@AndreBandarra1 it looks scary to attempt, but watching you and Jack have a go, I'm stoked to do so now too.

Thanks for the complement stranger🙂

It will probably work quite well, I want to try when we're back in Portugal
Andre Bandarra Please, make another video of that and share with us. Appreciate your job bro. Cheers
Hi André are you going to the buttermare flying festival in the end of this month?
Won't be able to go this year I'm afraid
adoro seus videos meu amigo abraço.
Now i sse diference between acro and mini wings
Why are those lines so long? More energy in acro maneuvers?
Yup!
