Him initially: Cool! I’m going to a 10X training! His reality: how did I get here? Where’s the exit? Wait, not only is this in front of the entire training and GC, but RUclips too? 😬 He’s so uncomfortable. Great job hanging in there bro! Learning from the master. Bet it was surreal. 👍🏻
I was there actually sitting just to Grants left when he walked in. It was surreal... Especially when the rest of the room realised he was in there. Grant was awesome though. He actually spent a good amount of time sharing his wisdom... So worth the trip!
The live sales training videos are the best, as for whoever it is in the video getting crushed, embarrassed, schooled etc... honestly no one cares viewers are just thinking about how to apply this stuff to their own calls, without these guys willing to do this we wouldn’t learn anything.
@@GR-ir2bu exactly my thoughts. I'm pushing to get my money right so I can get my own sales skills up with the Cardone U crowd. I'd love to attend a live event of his on sales.
@@idariousosborn7570 I'm on Cardone U, been great so far. Had to miss a few months on my subscription but as soon as finances are back in order I'm back in!
An American Entrepreneur 👍🙏 Don’t get me wrong. I’m a closer. I just get there without the theatrics. It tends to help develop a better working relationship in the future with you client. I just followed your channel. If you would like to learn more about me and what I do. It would be great if you could also follow my channel. I am always looking for creative criticism to grow my channel.
I have a lot of respect for Grant Cardone and what he has been able to accomplish in his young life. I’ve read some of his books, taken some of his advice... There’s a lot I can learn from this sales call presentation / practice but I can’t get over the fact I feel like I’m watching the movie Boiler Room.
Yes ! Go shorter and feel the tighten 🙌 thanks Uncle G even when I get mad I feel good to watch a video of you I find my self again and I go back to my track ..
Kudos to the trainee for sticking through. His face alone tells you how uncomfortable he is. This experience will make him a better salesperson. And kudos to Mr. Cardone for spreading the knowledge.
The roleplay videos done by Grant or his team are always helpful. The part here about getting tough on each other in roleplay is gold. Crush me when I'm practicing so I don't get beat in the real world . Weird that on that infamous podcast he mentions "there are no tricks" while he and his team have so many useful ones!
This man is a true Genius at first i thought he was just being an ass but when he broke it down with the jaws in space part i realised this guy is serious!
He was nervous as all hell. His voice was trembling and everything. He did not know he was going to get into that situation let alone be criticized by the man himself. That will build his confidence in the long run though because the worst part he just got over.
Once you agree upon the price you and your family must pay for success, it enables you to ignore the minor hurts, the opponent's pressure, and the temporary failures.👍👍👍👍👍👍
Lol, reminds me of my Recruiting days in the Corps. Most of all my contracts came from TC's...loved the phone. PSS was the model. Sales goes into so many aspects of everyday life. Great vid!
Confidence can be destroyed in a moment as its apparent on the demienier seen in his face. This will make him stronger if he takes the lesson. Being up in a touch situation develops positive growth if one realizes the need for growth. Awesome job to all involved and Grant is a beast lol
Me working for AT&T/DTV this reminds me of a trainer that I am still friends with on production that would do what Grant is doing at 5:39 like run these types of hypothetical scenarios and you be surprised how well it works
Ya'll this is harder than it seems fr. If you ever been on a stage you would know this, your knees start shaking, you stop breathing but your heartbeat increases, you forget why you are even there at the first place.
1. Have a Clear Objective for every call. 2. Keep it tight. To the point. 3. Know who's the decision maker and is the person qualified. 4. Practice, practice, practice.
There was no turning the sales call around at that point. The guy was so star stuck and nervous so grant took over and did a tremendous job breaking down what it should look like. His subtle wink to the guy at the end said it all. The guy didn’t rise to the occasion but grant wasn’t gonna let him crash and burn.
Also I would like to point out there’s usually much more comments than this on your videos. Maybe because salespeople run from role playing because it’s so hard!!! And the pressure is real. Pressure bursts pipes but it also makes diamonds. Put yourself under pressure if you want to be good at anything. Good selling.
Where the heck is the rest of training on this? I’m doing outside sales for 26 years and just converted to inside - it’s never too late to learn how to master your craft! Grant was right here: Just sell the appointment and worry about the next step later! Here’s the truth: I think I do my best when I’m not paying attention to any scripts and simply being myself. However, it’s still important to have everything in front of you and to keep learning.
Authenticity & truth don’t feel pressure. A pressurized make or break moment should actually be perceived by the mind and categorized properly for what it is so that it’s simple information, comprehension then applying. it’s silly despite the semi validity patterns hold to think a scenario in a field that has nothing to do with you can make or break you. I believe it’s called learning from your mistakes ?loosing the championship game most of your career doesn’t mean you can’t retire after a 3 peat. A physicists who spent his entire life studying physics can begin studying a completely whole new subject no matter the age & be able to innovate and trendset, they don’t because of there perception of a career & time. In my opinion the brain is not correlated with time and has no limit on the capacity of information/knowledge it can receive, how it’s perceived & applied is our choice.
Stand up comedians say to think of each word you use as money you have to spend and they say to spend as little/say as few words as possible to complete the joke.. Interesting to see how it's similar with sales since the goal is also to accomplish the objective as efficiently and effectively as possible before you lose their attention.
People don't need you to sell them a dream. They need you to solve their nightmare 👍
Musketeer Inc this is so true!
How about both?

Peter S. no one is great to start he will learn and grow, have to be willing to be the fool before you can become the master as the saying goes.
