It appears they gave us 'Daz AI Studio' instead because this project looks too ambitious.
Very cool. I would still just use Daz manually for finer control but this is still impressive. Not sure it's much better than morph sliders. Them being in bed with Unreal makes us Unity users nervous although there have been Tafi characters in the Asset Store for a long time. Poly count on these will be huge as well but that's the penalty for quality. Thanks for this announcement!

Crazy I started my game last year and was just learning to enjoy the process or creating characters and custom environments ….all of which will probably be ai generated in a matter of months. So I’m waiting to even do more work in my game cause things changing so fast …anyone else having this issue ?
Ya same here! Except I still want to do the art and stories myself.
The only thing for me is just quicker tools for me to make films. Like instead of making 50 bodes you just need 3 kind of thing.

Cool for existing daz users but Honestly, IMHO, Daz offering yet another exporter option to the Major 3DCC’s and game engines won’t help
them gain adoption at all.
Epic is about to release some major “Metahuman animator” that is supposed to have Maya level animation for the metahumans inside unreal engine.
I stopped making Daz to Blender video content because those all those guys in the Blender, Autodesk, C4D communities want NATIVE figure rigs and fall silent the moment you mention importing Daz or even Iclone figures.
Not sure how this new system will affect Character & morph sales in the Daz content market

I can only imagine the nightmares that'll come out of this given what happens often with prompt-generated graphics. At least they'll have the right amount of fingers lol. Seriously, this seems very promising, but I can see it as a starting point where one will still need to go in and refine rather than producing finished models. Thanks for this!
its just manipulating premade 3d models and textures so nothing like weird anatomy from image generators will come out

I agree I brought in some characters that I had done in a I worked in Fais Jan fine to do the Dass brought it in the character creator, and I’m still scoping on top of it to kind of get it to where I want it to be, but it’s definitely a good part of the workflow if it works

What I wonder, can I use the characters created like this in Daz Studio for my Daz3D Scenes and Renders? Do they consist of props, morphs and materials from Daz3D assets? Do I then have to purchase these assets or does the AI only use the content I have installed in my library? Or will it not be possible to further use the generaded model inside Daz Studio?

And if it's only those assets I've purchased, what is the difference, if sliders are quicker and more controlled?
@@ОленаХмель-ш9ы Well, I would hope, it uses all assets of the database (or there is a check box to enable "only purchased") which of course would mean you could only load the scene generated if you own the assets used in it (just like it's the case with any created scene right now).
But even if it's just owned assets, I think, especially if you have a large asset library, that with some skilled text inputs you can generate creative inspirations or bases for your characters or scenes.
Where can we get this app? I signed up for the beta but nothing yet.

It would be cool if you could text to pose or animate.
All it's really doing is taking the keywords and loading the morphs and meshes that match closest to those keywords.
If it's just like that, why now and not some years ago?
@@Ez-se2dl if it's really like that it does already exist in sliders but this one is fancy because AI is in trend rn
@@Ez-se2dlit already existed... back then it was about moving the slider and choosing your match, the library is still limited. The alien model was on sale in their market... and now it's just using text- prompts to create. Nothing just hopping in the ai - trend...

They probably will be. 4 months afterwards and still no release. By the time they release this feature bigger competitors will have the same or better.
