If you cant have network adaptor in you laptop then go to network and internet if it doesnot work then restart your laptop ....hope it will help you 😊

New method: Open Device Manager, Go to Network adapters, Click on your Wi-Fi adapter, click on properties and then go to Advanced and then on the value change disabled to enabled. Afterwards you can turn on Mobile Hotspot from Settings.
