If it happened after an update just uninstall the latest update by booting (press & hold on/off button) your computer to repair mode , it will take you to troubleshooting, choose advance troubleshooting, choose uninstall last update (might be 2 try 1 first then 2nd if needed) when it's done it will tell you to restart your computer. This fixed my problem.
