This is amazing for the Continent,However I’m curious to know how many actual Nigerian Citizens are Employed on these projects ? I believe that the Bulk of the work should be done by Nigerian..Also If The Thousands of Foreigners that are employed on these projects IF they have Work Permits?Those are revenue that the Nigerian Government Needs .I believe that some revenue needs to be channeled into maintainance for instance the development of rural areas Drainage water systems and providing running water to villages. How I figured it would not be happening all over ,there would be a Pilot program then after it is completed then it would be replicated..
