You have a kind and gentle heart ❤
South Korea sounds very competitive in everything they do: work, music, acting, modeling, even styles in clothes and shoes. Work hard. Play hard. I would rather be happy and content. Keeping up with the latest styles and executive ladder will end up being mentally draining.
I love kimchi. I dated a Korean woman years ago and liked much of the Korean food. I guess my favorites are bulgogi and kimchi.
Rachel Kim seems like a cool person to hang out with
Have an amazing day Rachel, take care and God bless you 🙏 😊
Long time no see ❤❤❤ I'm really glad to see you again 😊
Hi Kim, you always ,always bring a smile to my face . Thank you .
I loved going out to eat and drink with my Korean friends when I lived in Korea ❤ ESPECIALLY 김치!
Finally found the time to watch! Lots of good info! We just need a table of food and enjoy these discussions 😄🎉
Very interesting topic. Thanks Rachel 🏆. Drinking culture is not uncommon in many cultures. Assumptions about electric fan , is fascinating 😆. Have a great rest of the weekends ❤️
My friend from Daegu describes the work culture the same way you do. He says it’s about survival.
Thank you.
I think I would love kimchi. I love meals from fermented vegetables. And liquid from jar of fermented cucumbers reduce hangover.
Have I missed submitting questions related to assumptions about Korea? Don't know I have not seen that part even in the story on Insta 🤔. I do have some assumptions that would love to have answers to. Maybe next time? What do u think Rachel?
I know that in Vietnam, there are people there who work 6 days a week, with also long hours. Most of these companies that provide the work are Korean run.
I'm retired now, but I was a workaholic. I used to be the foreman of a cabinet shop and drove taxi on nights and weekends.
Hi Rachel 👋👋
How you usually spend your sunday ?
I've been following you for a long time. Since the days when you used to have your sister on sometimes.
For the short answer to the drug question-Alcohol and Tobacco get way too much of a pass because of tradition, and Marijuana gets overly demonized despite being a much MUCH safer drug comparatively.
And even KNOWING this I still don't use weed and occasionally drink alcohol (like....once every other month I guess? whenever there's a major event to watch with friends).
I also agree that something needs to be done about the drinking culture in korea....but I also thought if I ever said anything about it as a foreigner, that I would be looked at funny or get scolded or something. Now I'm just glad I'm not the only one who feels that way. whew 😅
That's what I like about Asians, they are very hospitable with their food and drink. Very generous with what they have.

Hi Rachel! Maybe you can give me some more info. I read that in province of 경상북도 marijuana is allowed. I think the korea goverment recently lifted restrictions? Do you know anythig about this?
Hi Rachel.
Rachel, I am so glad to see your new videos ! By the way , I just want to say , in advance- Happy Birthday 🎂 to you, which is coming very soon . Wishing you all the best in the world ❤️❤️
Rachel, Have you shifted on your new home ?
Rachel, One question.
Is that right that korean students literally stay 16 to 17 hours in their school.
And they have sleeping time in school too.
Do Koreans chew gum?
The what?
