A country that feeds all of Europe, but cannot feed itself. Since the Reich became the ruler here instead of Soviets Ukraine has fallen on non-deliverable quotas for wheat and other products. Leader of Ukraine is Erich Koch a Prussian who was so cruel to Ukrainians and Ukraine, he hated being here, but stayed here anyway.
Three liberating currents are working in the underground at once, these are currents for the restoration of the Ukrainian SSR and the Ukrainian People's Republic, and the ultra-nationalist Ukrainian state, they all want to drive the Germans out of the country, and the underground opponents.
One fine day when Erich Koch was going to his native Prussia to rest, his Volkswagen was blown up, causing Erich to fall into a coma, shortly after the announcement that Erich would not be able to fulfill the duties of the Reichcommissioner, this gave the underground a chance to start an active phase of the liberation of the native homeland. Everywhere there was banditry and ruin until a civil war broke out on all four sides
