According to all interviews and from the people who visited the farm. none of it is scripted. not even the activities they do throughout the day. its just farm regular work with a few film crew members following them around documenting their shenanigans.
@@swapnilmankame IIRC, only some meetings are scripted, but they try to follow telephone calls and email exchanges and sometimes a little bit of nuance is hidden to add to the drama. But effectively, the show is just farming and mishaps that inevitably happen to a guy like Jeremy.
Clarkson is a living proof that men never grow, only get older. His childlike antics with his TG mate and now Caleb are always in the same teenage fashion.
You know what would just be perfect? Whenever they wrap the show on the last episode Jeremy signs over Kaleb’s half of the farm to him fulfilling his dream of owning his own large farm, which I think may kinda be Jeremy’s idea because he’s steadily talking Kaleb out of taking the leap and buying a farm of his own.
Almost a Ying & Yang type situation, Jezza,s lack of Agricultural ability to Kaleb,s travel/world knowledge. Between them both will get it done ,1 way or another

I've never watched the full show. Do they show the use of pesticides, herbicides and fertilizer? I never have seen it in these clips and I wonder if it's a conscious decision to not show that stuff because it might upset people.
I often wonder if they actually cast Kaleb or he really was working there previously and thet just got super lucky that he is who he is and is not even remotely star struck by Jeremy. He makes the show. I don't believe it would have nearly the same success without him. Not too many people would be willing to treat a big star the way he treats Jeremy. I'd be so sad to find out that he was cast for this "role" and it's all scripted. Lol
