But to have The Hardys return, have a run with the NXT Tag titles, go into the HOF like they deserve, and make sporadic appearances now and again would be fantastic. I'm fine with the Hardys making cameo appearances in NXT, but I'm not sold on putting the tag team belts on them, to be honest. It kinda diminishes the NXT tag team titles to an extent, since NXT is seen as the stepping stone to the Main Roster, not as a retirement home (see: WCW in it's dying years).

Jinder was actually a great pick for being a heel. He needed to be polished a bit more, but they wrote him in a way where his potential wasn't really used.

But this story being a part of "invasion" (we do need to put in brackets though), it wouldn't seem like it's beneath them. It would look like a veteran team teaching "younglings" the ropes of the business. I do love Hardy's work but at this point in their carriers I don't believe they are capable of "going at it" with the best of them, without getting injured or looking like an "old-guard" (Saudis and the "Brother of Destruction" as a bad example of that). This could be one of the best compromises there is with both having them finish at the top of a food-chain and not belittling their body of work or embarrass themselves in the process. I'm kinda in for it - short run with NXT-titles as an invading TNA-wrestlers sounds great to me!

I saw Slammiversary, it was a HORRID decision to put the belt on the new guy when Kaz was in position and as a 20 plus year veteran, many with TNA/impact has never had a title run. I would never set foot in that place again if I were Kaz.
