I had to put my life on hold for the last month due to ill health. This morning I followed this session as a means to 'get back into the groove'. I feel pain but it's good pain, I feel tired but alive. At the end of the session when you tell us to thank ourselves for turning up, I cried. I do feel thankful to you, myself and the universe for allowing me to continue on this path of happiness. God bless 🙏
Here I am, 10 months later, after a long battle with mental illness. I feel better doing this exercise now. Less pain and more joy. With the help of your channel, I am getting stronger every day. Thank you. ❤

This is the first yoga video I’ve done with Breathe and Flow. I’ve done LOTS of yoga videos on RUclips but what I REALLY liked about this video was the simple straightforward instructions without a lot of talking and explanations. It was just calm and quiet and there was time for me to stay in the pose and listen to my breath. It was so perfect! I really enjoyed it. I will check your other videos, too :) Thanks for the work you’re doing!

Thank you for this new sweet morning routine. My (sometimes cracking) shoulders love this moving spirals. I knew spirals before, but the movement make the difference. Great way to start a day!
This was absolutely perfect to start my morning! But I gotta give it to you, you’re so strong! I managed 25/30 seconds of that lowering to the ground. Perhaps next time I manage all! Saved to my faves now to keep coming back to.
Slow, sweet and gentle practice… it didn’t give me the boost I was looking for first thing in the morning, but it will make a nice evening class as I’m winding down my day for bed. Felt very relaxed. Thank you!

What an amazing class! I love the side body stretch from the modified side plank after the half splits. No better way to start the day -- I'm going to do some breathing exercises now!
