the secret is an $80 air pump WITH airbrush kit from Harbor Freight. No matter how you mix with a spatula, air infused paint can be “layered” on, which makes it look new. Permatex has a great plug in mini iron that works great for grain. Also seen certain DAP silicone being used as filler.
Ive seen others , sand the white stuff (leather filler i guess ) then let it dry .. then spray it .. then seal it.. i think this is for youtube shorts . good job
a seat or dashboard or back seat is not so important, you can have it done individually. what is important is the engine and how many kilometers the car has already clocked up! ….goooooooood jooooob!!!
It’s very useful to post a video without any explanations of any of the materials, colors that are used, and not replying any comments. Good job for sharing a whole lot of nothing.
You have to mix a base white, with some yellow oxide, a little black, and a touch of red and dark brown- gotta test out the color and keep mixing till you hit the near perfect color
It’s leather filler- once I get plenty more in stock I’ll have it up for sale- I’ve tried a ton of different fillers and the one I like most is hard to get and on back order mostly- currently trying to make my own to match this formula but will take time and trial and error -
And that folks is why people despise used car salesman. Why fix it right when you can hide it, pawn the car off on some young kid who doesn't know shit from Apple butter and then his parents will have to pay to fix it right.
@@Isaiasjr2244this is fixed right and can potentially last for years depending on the driver (350 lb person or 130 lb person. I’d argue my repairs can last longer than the manufacturers cheap seats and have proof to show it over the years - but it is true there are a lot of people who do what I do and suck at it and give it a bad rap!
@@autoenhancementinc he wasn’t referring to the repair of the leather as much as he was that all you did was cover it up with paint… that will definitely rub off… and if you seal it, it will flake off.
@@greywar1224 so what was it the repair or not the repair he was referring to and how do you know what he was referring to? Do you know him personally? Also you're saying the leather was repaired right but all he did was cover it with paint and if he did seal it that it would flake off, then whats he to do not paint it at all? That would be literally half-assing it...
What’s the names of the places these people work on cars for cause I want to know where to avoid…. It’s amazing these people think they are doing a good job! 😂

Depending on who and how many cars they’re giving you, $75-$125… but I know people who do are awful at this and charge up to $300.
