Dude, really important stuff about reckoning. This explains so much on why i wasnt getting reckbomb some people while i was 3v1 or 2v1 situations. BIG video.
Note: Install an enemy attack swing timer addon you have sit, then stand at the same time the mob is hitting you, if done right you will be crit while you're in the standup animation and it will add a charge, you can know if you did it right by specing 1 point into redoubt, which activates in the same conditions as reckoning.
Boys, I’m trying to stack reckoning by “/sit + any move key, so I would be standing right before enemy hit” so due to spell batching I should get a stack I don’t get shit, been doing it for couple of hours straight and got nothing with this method, could somebody confirm that this mechanic is entirely removed from the game or m’i doing something wrong ?
@@stevenliu3744 It works, but you need to be ultra precise, like 0.1s standing before the hit (adjust for latency delay), it took me couple of days to master, getting it 60% of the time. Still kind of hard to prestack reckbomb fast enough for quick gang. pretty hilarious when it does work.
Wanted to ask you this question long time ago. Playing Eu Firemaw era. Got reckoning whatever it was available and spend around 10 lvl with full talented skill. I was getting shit loads redoubts during that time and only one reck prock of one charge. After I just gave up this skill cos I was feeling like a dumm myself. Please make my day and prove I am not idiot
@@pallytime2156 2 weeks ago dinged 60 with that pala . Was 2 hand or 1 hand and shield semi healer semi tank build paladin , your favourite and now my favourite fast weapon build . I had reckoning for at least 1 month my dos meter was showing all the time same dos in that month and same after respec
I thought you lost your reckoning charges if you assigned them to a target and then simply toggled auto attack off. I've always tried to play around this by not autoattacking unless i know I will make contact. Like if your target vanish or you get sheeped before you make contact. You dont lose your chages if you already assigned them?
Yes and No. Any Crit will stack a charge so if Sit/Crit is happening it will stack charges. I don't think you get crit when sitting but I could be wrong. Entering and exiting a DUEL removed charges. But you can stack while in said duel. Charges are lost on death.
You can do ANYTHING except activate auto attack... so I think the answer to your question is yes if I understand what you mean by focus. You can click on all maner of things so long as you didn't click attack on it.

im having a hard time stacking my reckoning, any tips on how to go out and stack it and get consistant stacks?

There is one add on that starts with an L, cannot recall, that will denote your reck stacks too, as long as you are 5/5 reck

same here, tried everything in Aug 2024 and it is not working.. seems they fixed this?

What you are saying only makes sense if it was 4 years ago before the redesign.

No idea. When you play right this don't happen much but I don't think so.

Rumor has it that it still works you just have /sit and tap MOVE in some direction right before you get hit.
