    Love mini ball workouts. Did upper body strength and this is perfect for my lower body and got abs which is what I wanted to finish with. Thanks Karen

      @@WorkoutHotel I feel stronger in my upper body. I like doing the strength training before and then work on my core which I have gotten better but still need more work on. I do feel stronger on my lower body specially on thighs. That is why I like the mini ball workouts. It helps on inner and outer thighs. I do see the difference now that I have been doing your lower body workouts, my legs are more defined than before. But I still can't do many of your advanced moves. On some I still have to bend my legs which is fine. I know I will get better with time.
