    This is like the best of "barre' lower body exercises but without talking about our cute butts and tight buns but instead for how important it is for fitness etc. 20 mins went fast. Thanks!

    Brilliant! Love the simple yet very intense workouts. And I agree with a comment below, so nice to have a great workout that consists of other than squats and lunges

    Hey guys. I have only recently come across your workouts when I bought a mini ball to give me variety on my workouts. I’m usually all cardio but wow I absolutely love this. Thank you so much x

    Thanks for this workout! Aside from the last exercise, it is ideal for people who can't do any kneeling exercises. I love your workouts that target multiple body parts, are effective yet low impact. The lengths are perfect for people who don't have a lot of time yet still want to squeeze in a good workout :) please do more of these abs/lower body (legs/butt/thigh) workouts

    This was just what I needed...after doing an intense Cardio filled HiiT w/o yesterday, I really didn't feel like jumping around BUT I definitely wanted to work my legs!! This was Great!!

    Great stuff. I tend to do a variety of exercises from different videos. Wonder if there is a way to splice exercises into one video or get instruction on each exercise as a discrete unit for ease of learning and workout planning. Mostly stick with the total body workout with weights and some form of pilates abs/ mini ball for the core portion of my workout. Some exercises I'm comfortable with . . . others not so much. Really challenging workouts for a 51 y/o male ex athlete who doesn't have much time for the gym or weights .

      For sure. I get a lot out of your videos :-) Just was also looking for a way to focus on form some more for the exercises I do, to make sure I'm doing them correctly. Have seem some of the "original pilates" exercises videos where they show 50 exercises. Just looking for something that I can use with your tips/ performances/ twists on the exercises.
      I feel free to drop or add a few exercises to the routines to give me a balanced workout as well as use a modification if my range of motion or tightness in an area inhibits me. Keep it challenging but safe-- thanks again for the reply.

    Yeah what everyone else said. I have a knee injury and cannot do cardio so barre/floor/pilates is all I have Great workout.
