I'm 60 and long before I got on RUclips I would do things that were different than mainstream. Then one day watching a Meadows back workout I seen him doing something I was doing and he called it the Meadow row. I was glad I wasn't the only one that likes that position for rows and right now my upper back is hurting. As far as cables ,the only thing I do are pulldowns .Cables never seem to do much for me.The Butterfly yo yo was my favorite as a kid but I never got any good with one .Hes outstanding.
Got to really thank Mr.Meadows for being so open and sharing so many things out to the public, his channel completely changed how I workout and I see massive changes with this high intensity training just by watchin his videos every day of the week
today i try 4x12 to 15... but next session drop rep range 10 to 12 and up up weight.... and progression to 8 to 10 rep... heavy cable row....amazing contraction in lower lats... but unilateral exercices fatigue my cardio... i down rep ranges in the next sessions... thanks john!

It’s been a while but both of those pulldown variants Brandon Curry had you do when y’all worked out together have really brought up my lats. Great exercises.
Started working out in a new gym with really poor equipment and figured this row out by accident about 4 month ago :D Try it immediatly after dumbbell rows and play around with the angles, great contraction and good stretch!
I saw it on the back workout with Terrence it's phenomenal the pump is unreal definitely try it Also that yoyo trick was the highlight of the video that trick was crazy And that cute laugh at the end made the video 120% better
I did these on the life fitness preacher bicep cable machine. You pull from low but the tension is absolutely nuts. Looking forward to trying those from a higher height
I used to have a pretty shitty back and no mind muscle connection with it. Then after learning to drive my elbow back, instead of just pulling, I got a great mind muscle connection and now my back is probably my best body part.
Gyms open again 😀 if it didn't snow I'd weld up some more of my own stuff before they close the gym again. My favorite lat machine is closed so I'm going to try that .
I have a question, I'm not even sure if you will see this comment but would you recommend that I do this at the end of my workout as a wrestler because I like to focus on compound movements in the beginning and hypertrophy at the end.

why did you adjust the pully? When I do those I leave the pully at the lowest spot and without the bench I just lean roughly 45 degrees..
