Breathing detais missing. The way I learnt from a teacher , so could make a difference. Thank u from the depth of my heart! You are an assett for humanity! Excellent , dedicated teacher!
You need to change your description of Bhujang Asan. Asan is perfect but the impact needs to be narrated as expansion of Pancreas which is just above naval region, directly impacting for strengthening pancreatic juices along rejuvenation to secreting cells I.e.Beta cell.
Madam I'm big fan of U. Madam I take medicine of BP regularly and have suffering gas and Acidity problem so can I do MUNDUKASAN and CHILD POSE regularly? Pls reply.
