高筋面粉 bread flour 150g / 1,1/3cup
细砂糖 caster sugar 15g / 2Tbsp
鹽 salt 1/2tsp

無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 15g / 1Tbsp
可可粉 cocoa powder 1Tbsp

Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 12-15 minutes

Hi ! Your recipes are wonderful. Could you suggest for egg any replacement and instead of bread flour can I use plain flour and add wheat gluten half tsp for every 100 grms of bread flour. Please let me know because in india we don't get bread flour. Thank you
