Today, I decided to make some pancakes for breakfast.
It tastes exactly like what you'd expect from a pancake but fluffier.
It looks great too :)
It's pretty easy to make (IF you have a hand mixer lol) so do give it a try.
23cm Skillet
Ingredients:
Butter: x1 Slice, Milk: x6 Tbsp, Egg: x4, Salt: 1-2 Pinch, Flour (All Purpose): x6 Tbsp, Baking Powder: x0.5 tsp, Sugar: x4 Tbsp, Syrup: x?, Vegetable Oil: x?

Just so anyone making this at home know, the pan he's using is a cast-iron pan and is oven safe. Not all pan are oven safe. Don't put a pan with a silicone handle or nonstick coating in the oven. It could melt the handle or ruin the coating.

I'm 100% not in shape (and have asthma) and I made a loose meringue the other day!! 8O Really it's just back-and-forth motions if you have a whisk, (and I needed to hold the bowl down by my crotch so I got more leverage on it.. -_- Also cuz I'm short)...
But if you whisk with you ShOuLdEr, you don't lose strength in your grip 83 (Also hold the whisk loosely like a pencil, because I noticed that when _I_ clench parts of my body, it's hard nOt to clench other parts too 😅). Good luck!

Making meringue without a power mixer is a major arm workout good on you for being able to use that method I know from trying once minimal successes achieved
