Michel Magne (1930-1984) was a French film music composer. He wrote music for so many succesful movies mostly from 1963 to 1973 - all the "Angélique", all the "OSS 117" and all the "Fantômas" and many others.
In 1969, Michel Magne built Strawberry Studio at the Chateau. It was the first French residential studio: artists could live, eat, sleep and create there, out of the world for weeks, without external pressure. Strawberry Studio business started slowly, but from 1971 to 1973, success was huge, and many artists came to record. Then Magne was fed up with his new job as a studio manager, 22 persons on the payroll. He wanted to go back to music composing, and leased the studios to another Paris studio manager he knew. Financial problems quickly arose, as the studios cost more than they charged.
@@karsguitarchannel6088 1. You should get rid of this annoying narrator. 2. Plese dont put pics of line ups on spots where they dont belong. Toilets in Paris? It was outside of Paris. 4. the rest is nice to see and hear about.
@@jonblackers4611 Shawn is a GREAT guy and person! He dedicated his whole life to Rock 'N' Roll and guitar. He hung out with Jimmy Page, Eddie Van Halen, John Entwistle and many other rock guitar legends. He's been there since 70's. Shawn is a legend. I love his voice and appreciate his work very much!
I remember Dio interview. He said his wife was pushed down a flight of steps. Ronnie was about 3 steps behind during the fall, and Cozy was about 6 steps behind her. Wendy went crashing to the bottom with the box of dishes. She said to Ronnie, "You b****** He said I didn't do it, and she asked Cozy, who said he didn't do it. Did Dio do it the world will never know. 😂 RIP Ronnie and Cozy.
I always thought.. rainbow rising.. long live rock ‘n’ roll and the album down to earth with Graham Bonnet are the best rainbow albums I like some of the other ones, but those three have been in a rotation since my car had a 8 track tape player
I think you should've used period-correct photos. Jimmy Bain (pictured) wasn't there. Bob Daisley was. No mention of the seances they performed either. No mention of Wendy Dio falling down the stairs thinking Ronnie pushed her. Ronnie denied it, and had witnesses...oh well!
Thanks for the visit! Bass parts were started by Mark Clarke but he was soon dismissed. The bass parts were recorded by Ritchie Blackmore himself. Bob Daisley was recruited and appeared a bit later.
@@karsguitarchannel6088 That album is weird regarding the question who played what. I m not sure Blackmore did bass on EVERY track, I thought just a few. Tony Carey and Stone BOTH say to appear on LLRR. Even weirder : I once read Stone saying he somehow end up on ON STAGE!
Great Rock History ,, Thx Kar ..✌
Big thanks Scott!!!
