      I feel you 😅 It’s kind of the same with enemas when you first want to try them 🙃 but, it’s so totally worth it! There are plenty of how-to videos for using neti pots 😊 I might make one too if you’re interested xx

    3) Did you ever try celery juice retention enemas?

      I try to do this as often as possible, but no, not every day :)
      This type of routine I've been doing for years though.
      Celery juice retention enemas... no. Haven't even heard of them before. Sounds a little out there to me! Have you done one?

      @@OliviaBudgen I have been doing daily enemas and daily yoga since 1995 when I was a 13 year old yogi practicing Hatha Yoga and Hatha Yoga Basti Kriya or yogic enema.

    Genuinely curious, no shade but isn’t your diet enough of a detox? Why need to frequently detox?

      Thank you for your curiosity ☺️ There’s no need to obsessively focus on detox, but I believe it’s beneficial to gently support our bodies detoxification processes when necessary to help maintain optimal health. There are certain practices which support our bodies in ways that our diet cannot 🙏🏻 Hope that helps.

    Whenever I feel tired and sluggish in the morning I like to eat fruits & veggies that have vitamin B12

      @@PurrrltheCat you’re correct. Fruits and vegetables which still have some organic, nutrient rich soil on them, will contain micro organisms which then create b12 in the body 🙂 Most people don’t eat enough of these though, so I always recommend supplementing 😊

    Quick query I have been doing raw food for dinner and cannot sleep for more than 4 to 4.5 hrs although I wake up fully refreshed. Is this normal.🙏

      As long as you’re waking up feeling refreshed, then it sounds fine 😍 I have heard that people require less sleep on raw foods as it’s so energetically life-giving 🍒🍑🍈🍌🍉

      that's so mean.. what's the point in this? Olivia is beautiful.. and obviously no where close to 45 or 60. When you live a detox lifestyle, you simply may have less meat on your bones.. but that does not mean you are older.

    Do you shoot and edit your own videos? They are very professionally done. You are blessed to live in a place to sun bathe in your bday suit.. I can find a niche where I can certain parts of the day during the summer, but not year around.. a true gift and luxury 🌴🌈🤟 PS you are as beautiful as the land you live on.. good match

      Fortunately, I live on 10 acres in the hinterland, so I have no neighbours or privacy issues 🙏🏻☺️ but I remember how hard it could be 😢 You just have to do the best you can with what you’ve got 🙂 Sunbathing in your swimwear is the next best thing - and just don’t care if others can see you - it’s worth it ☀️

    i say ditch the enemas ....your celery juice should and will be all you need to get the bowels moving in the morning

      Enemas are my absolute favourite 😍 I will never ditch them. They have been critical on my healing journey and combine perfectly with celery juice ☺️
