    I am from Brazil and this dresser design is inspired in some buildings designed by Niemayer, for Brasilia, our 1960’s capital. I was anxious to see the result. Even the knobs were inspired by this architecture, this is mind blowing.

    I know this is a small thing, but I love how nice you were about the dresser's before design. Whether it's to our tastes or not, a lot of furniture restorations like this were someone's art before you purchased it, and it's not nice to shit on someone's art.     Awesome finished product. I have a couple of pieces of childhood furniture in need of restoration, but they are both being used, so it has been a challenge....not to mention I have never refinished a furniture piece, except when i painted a cabinet white when i was 8.

    Well done!! You do magical work. I’m so impressed. I’ve stripped many pieces of furniture but I’ve never tackled veneer n you made it look so easy. And fixing those small missing pieces, kudos to you. I appreciate you explaining what you were doing n what you used, I’m just blown away. This piece had to take days n days to conquer yet you continue to go on. I’m not a big on mid century furniture ( like my antiques) but this piece turned out beautiful. Thank you for sharing your tips on cleaning brass.
    Have to admit you’re at my top of the list.

    This is an excellent restoration. That paint & faux cow hide Ugh! But you gave this abused elegant, unusual piece of mid century furniture a chance to shine in loveliness once again.     Beautiful job as always. That dresser is so unique. And possibly restored more beautifully than its original glory. After watching Matt (Restorology) restore & reyle his childhood dresser, I had to give him my blue ribbon vote. However my favorite is that chair restored to MCM. You are all so brilliant.
