They put the main suite in the front of the house? Vomit. I thought that was a kids room at first. I’m thinking oh perfect a free security watch with a kid in front 😂 but no that’s my room, no naked room for me. 😂
Well this one’s better. Most of these are trying to be much more than they really are. They all sit on insanely small lots for a TEXAS home. So small it feels like China. There’s literally 2 feet between each house. This one is over scaled for that lot as well but done more tastefully. Except those double doors. Those belong on mansions and this home gets nowhere near that. A taller single glass door with long side windows on the left and right would have been perfect
@avonti001 a guess would be around $70k-$100k. That's my random estimate. That's without me knowing what upgrades are outside their normal catalog of potential upgrades and contractor rates.
