Thanks for this! It's great! I am going to use my 32-pin or 40-pin to make them so they are slouchier and not double them because I think it will let those of us with fat calves wear them easily over pants. Also, I can't wait to try the ribbing because I'll do both ends with 15 rows. Looks like a fun project!
Thank you very much! I just started a FB group yesterday so that we can all share our projects with each other. I’d love to see what people make from my videos. Please look it up. Koala Knits and Knacks. 😍
Wow! Thank you so much, I followed the tutorial to the end!, so fun and I will definitely try it. Well explained especially with those stitch markers on the circular needle, I just cannot thank you enough, you really made my day, wishing you a Happy new year (2024 )in advance !🎉
On your 37th row, could you add a second strand of yarn as you go around for just that one row? That way you wouldn’t have to count 37 all those times. You would have a visual marker of where you should stop. Either that or just use a darning needle, count down 37 and catch every stitch just so you have a visual line. I think it would stop it from unraveling as well. An added advantage of doing two to one tubing is that you have to do a lot less unraveling and crocheting!
Hello Shelley. I have used the 22 for fingerless gloves and they are snuggly. You must be very "tiny"😂 to use on leg!!. I need 10.5" at ankle!😮 so I guess I'll use flat panels. But still follow your pattern. Thank you Shelley.❤️
@@koalaknitsandknacksaddicrochet unfortunately only the Sento 22 and 48. But I could start at ankle and increase as I go up the leg using a flat panel. I could still do a few rows of ribbing at the ankle and below the knee ( or the whole length) or is that not a good idea? I really appreciate your advice or suggestions. Thank you for your input.
I have a little double shelf end table that my husband made many years ago when he was in junior high. He cut a hole in one end so when I knit long tubes on my 22 needle it falls through. There is no hole on the other side and I use that for assembly of a project. I also use that side when I’m knitting with my bigger machine. Although I could let the 46 needle tube also fall through the little hole.
Yes you can. You can also look for my video on ribbed knit beanie. It would be easier to do a beanie this way rather than doing so many rows while still attached to the machine. Thanks for commenting! 🙂
Sure, it is even better at dividing by three the number of purled (crocheted) rows. It will make a wider cuff, though. Do every third row as she shows here.
Now that our weather is turning. I have been looking for leg warmers
Thanks for your pattern and video
You’re very welcome 😊
I love this! I had to look them up. I ride a motorcycle and these are perfect!
I’m so glad! 😊

If you have the sentry mushroom, use that. 😊

I tried to make socks on the 22 Sentro and my legs are too fat. Lol. I just ordered a 32 pin so fingers crossed!
Haha! It’s not you! The 22 is very small.
Shelley, maybe one day you can create a video of the way you setup your machines. I see you are mounting them on wood with a hole in the center. 🤔

Can you use a 48 pin that is all I have for now?
Not without reconfiguring the pattern. Sorry.
