It sounds like you would want to stay in zone 2 training then. Thank you for the video. I’ll be conscious of that. I know once I had too much caffeine and lifted really heavy, essentially getting my late period at the gym. So ever since then I’ve been cognizant.
Hi Dr. Lora. I find your videos very helpful, so thank you. I had an early miscarriage in February this year which I believe was a chemical pregnancy. I train at the gym 3-4 days a week. I’m trying to modify my exercises so it’s not too strenuous. Are hip thrusts with a barbell a no-no when TTC? I’m TTC again and want to keep up with the gym but don’t want to risk my chances of conceiving.
I did zumba and it helped me conceive after 1 year.
Thank you for sharing :)

Hmmm… so my tactic of running “away from a creepy guy” to keep me motivated on the treadmill has some scientific backing? 😂😅
Thank you so much
Is dancing for 30 mints a good exercise?
Is it ok to do weight lifting while taking Estrace+PIO before embryo transfer? As long as I don’t overdo it?
Talk to your doctor about what’s right for you but I counsel most of my patients to continue exercise they are used to just not to exhaustion😀
