I love the slap because it felt very gendered. As in, it seems like something people would tend to associate with mother's and how they discipline their kids (not saying some dudes don't smack their kids). I personally feel like if he had punched him, it would have felt a bit more fatherly somehow. I remember seeing that in Assassin's Creed twice between father/son characters.

Amanda is very beautiful- very classy. I love how she goes from a sweet smile (0:50 and 1:46) to looking at Connor as if he's a piece of shit lol (especially at 1:21 and 1:41). She's a perfect villain and the actress is stunning. You can always tell when the actress/actor has done a good job at making their character a nasty villain because the audience will hate her/him...and I know that a lot of people on the internet hate Amanda, as well as me. On a similar note I also love how Connor speaks to her- he speaks to her more professionally and guarded than when he's with others. He also seems to say his words more...posh-like? Like when he says the word 'challenge' when talking about Hank co operating with him. He seems more...formal to Amanda, than when he's talking to anyone else. Of course naturally this could be because he knows Amanda expects machine-like behaviour, as well as the fact that Connor is her agent (so yeah there will obviously be a natural element of professonalism), but still it's interesting. God I really wish there could be a DBH two where it's about Connor ridding Amanda from his head, or something Amanda-related, (because let's fact it, even the best ending had foreboding music when Connor is on the stage with the jericho leaders- hinting at the possibility that this wouldn't be the end of Amanda and sorta leaving the game on a dark note). If so, when the President talks about Detroit being taken over by the deviants (deviant Connor successful, successful revolution), does she still talk about how it's time deviants are acknowledged as a new intelligent species? And another weird scenario, what if Connor frees the deviants at Cyberlife but dies in the process, are they shown to join the android forces anyway (whether Markus is peaceful or successful or not)?
I believe the option above “Diary” Is when you fail the mission to find the deviant when you stay in the bird apartment for too long. Hank will say let’s leave and when you leave you probably might unlock the option.
It confused me as well in the beginning, I thought the law for androids (not to put a human life in danger, not to carry or use any weapons etc) naturally applied for Connor as well. Even during the first mission with the hostage, the android act is reminded in Connor's interface when reaching for the gun under the table, which implies that this act applies for Connor as well. So I naturally saved Hank because he had more than 10 % probability of death. And as said by Connor later in the game, statistically speaking, there is always a chance for unlikely events to take place. I was also happy to manage the interrogation of Carlos' android because I thought it might kill all the humans in the interrogation room along with it.
