My dad is very sick and almost had kidney failure so I made this for him and he said he really likes this I made two of the resepis. Like Patato cheese balls and brasid potato’s along with French fries he said it was amazing so thanks Aaron

Some potato-related advice for anyone:
1. Stir-fried potatoes: To prevent the potatoes from browning, add a little vinegar (not for flavor). It lowers the pH and prevents oxidation.
2. Baked potatoes/wedges: For a thicker crisp layer on the exposed potato, try soaking in hot (but not boiling) water for 10 mins.

Just tried the potato balls! Turned out great for one of my first times cooking! The string cheese is really stretchy and yummy while melted, I used Panko bread crumbs and it was amazing !
