    I just tried making the ground beef gochujang recipe, I modified it a wee bit (1tbsp gochugaru, 2tbsp sugar, & 1tsp fish sauce) and had it over rice with some scrambled eggs. It tasted divine, I am so happy that I found your channel. I can't wait to try more recipes, especially with gochujang.
    Thanks for the amazing content and recipes.

    I LOVE tteokbokki like crazy, but I've only ever had it as an "instant" cup meal or premade sauce. I finally found the rice cakes and an Asian store (as well as the sauce as at that time I didn't know it would be easy too make) but I got fish balls instead of fish cake. Will this make a huge difference? Will it destroy the tteokbokkiness of the dish or will it be ok? I love your channel and you guys make it such fun to watch and engae with the videos. Thank you for sharing you knowledge and wisdom with us all!! Peace and Love from Australia

    Thank you for the amazing recipes ❤I have just one little question. I always see videos about making Tteokbokki but every time fresh ones are used and all I can get are the ones from fridge in my asian grocery store. They are not flexible at all and quite hard unlike the ones in the video. Is there a tip how to make them more soft and chewy like fresh ones? Much love to you and Claire 😊

    • @denisejacinto
      @denisejacinto Год назад +1

      If you rinse the refrigerated ones and add them to the sauce they will become soft and chewy. Just make sure there is enough liquid because they soak up quite a bit and release a lot of starch into the sauce.

    Aaron, my family loves he flavor of Samyang's Buldak Spicy Chicken stir-fried ramen. This stir-fried ramen was the star dish served in the TV show "Jinny's Kitchen" and it wowed most customers. Problem is, when you look at the sauce's listed ingredients, there are loads of artificial flavorings and ingredients.
    Aaron, will you accept our request to invent an equally flavorful AND HEALTHIER sauce and teach and show us how to make it?
