Thank you so much for your help I was having problems with my rear and subwoofer connecting to my 990c soundbar. I didn’t realise with the reset you meant press up on the round circle button and not the volume haha. So I spent about a hour trying it over and over

Round circle button means the one with "play" at the middle. Just press on top of that

Thanks! We couldnt get the rear speakers to connect but it worked following your instructions.
I spoke too soon…. They look like they have paired - solid blue light - but no sound coming from wither of the rear speakers.

Hello. I have the B550 soundbar. Working perfectly , but today the woofer is not connecting to sound bar.
I made all steps but when i finish the blue led is blinking, from 5 to 5 seconds…not fast

You need to be in surround mode and put the surround mode at max level. Cheers
@@AudioTribe yep you were right. I also had to go to gear button, press that until I see rear ch. and then up the volume. Took awhile but I found it
Atmos content works briliant but when i watch regular bluray dts hd 5.1 only sounbar are getting sound and it sounds terrible to. When I play playstation 4 its sound likewise to. Even on spotify to only soun from soundbar and it sounds not good even my old system are better something is wrong
What have I do wrong?
Do you connect it via HDMI eARC? Try another cable! Reset your device. See in the media output settings!
@@AudioTribe I had that problem with arc before this problem but cables are right.
It so strange its like whole system is weaker. And it started when I connected spotify via my mobile, me and my pal was so shocked when we heard music was very bad.
Later we put on a dts 5.1 movie and it only comes sound from soundbar like it was a old radio pr something (also on spotify playing)
@@AudioTribe and the thing is we using the same cable that we got atmos on. And it was connected to pc and streamed armos demo contents.
On my old system I can hear sound from everywhere so it must work here to or I return it to shop.

And the cables are super nice its brand Supra hdmi hand made (swedish brand)
