Fantastic! The most accurate, quickest and easiest instruction on fixing the setup of the rear speakers of the Samsung Soundbarev ever seen. Thank you!
Thank you very much for putting this video online. Found nothing about reseting HWQ950A in any websites. After connecting an UHD PLAYER, my Soundbar had a lot of malfunctions. Even after disconnecting the player. After doing your reset, everything runs fine. Greetings from Austria 🤓👋🇦🇹
Wow, I can't thank you enough!!! We tried following the directions but that wasn't working. Your video was so quick and easy to follow. It took one minute!!!
Thanks for the guidance. I was having an issue where no sound was coming from the Surround Speakers. For my Q950A, I had to press the button on the bottom of the sound bar for the Surround Speakers to connect. The remainder of the steps worked. Thanks again!
Thanks a lot! Following the manual and the sync button on the subw and satellites + UP on the remode paired only one of the at a time. It worked from the 1st try after your method, starting with the device reset with + and - !
@@AudioTribe do I need to do this each time I turn the tv on? Subwoofer doesn’t seem to connect and rear speakers don’t connect. Even if blue light is on. Maybe something in settings?
I have the Q950A and the button layout is the same on the sound bar. The - and + did not work for me (did nothing), however, pressing the settings (cog icon) on the remote for ~10 seconds did force the soundbar to factory reset itself and it has so far resolved my issue where the sound would drop instantly to 0 (tried connecting with eARC/HDMI/WiFi with the same issue).
Big thanks dude! I tried lots of times by holding - and + button for 5-10 secs but it didnt work. It worked with the way u said which is by holding the cog button on the remote for 10 secs.
I followed these steps but my subwoofer will still not connect. After the pairing proces it flashes red and blue. Do you know a solution to this problem? Would be great!
What if you don’t have a remote? The sound bar I have is a earlier model it’s the Q60r I beleive, but also my subwoofer when plugged in is already at a steady blue light but makes no sound.
ciao Luca! it was helpful! everything is easy. may be you can explain how to tune all speakers according my room peculiarities, is there any intellect tune or it can be done manually? and happy news year to you and your entire family!
Hi Luka... My Samsung HW-Q950A cannot tuned Auto EQ.. Where must be a problem?! I make a factory reset, paired the rear speakers and sub, download Smartings app and added a soundbar and I started Auto EQ Tuning. Always show Failed.. Firmware have newest.. Thanks for a reply :)
I have Samsung K959 2015 model. I am still unable to connect subwoofer and surround speakers. I had pressed ID Set on all the speakers and subwoofer after that the blue light is continually blinking. On the remote (AH59-02733E ) I have there is no top button. Please help me!
This was very helpful in the past. Except now it will no longer work. Anytime I try to rest it there is nothing happening. It won’t reset. What should I do?
@@AudioTribe I did that too. It works and is connected now for surround but it wont let me reset to factory settings. It now reads "soundbar ARC TV". Also the TV which is a Samsung Frame 55' is automatically adjusting the sound every 5 minutes to volume 20. Over and over. It cuts the sound when it adjusts too. I'm so frustrated with my view experience now. Suggestions?
I have just tried this and still the rear speakers do not want to connect to the soundbar no matter what. The subwoofer connects fine but not the rear speakers. Please help!
Luka, thank you very much, you nailed this! I've had to do this twice now. Very clear and accurate instructions, well done. I've now written them down.
