I’m so glad they made this! I hate the brightly colored handles on knives. That’s joist too much for me. But this is perfect! Now for the Military 2 in the same steel

Not a fan of the black coated blades, and not a fan of the Salt PM2 with the yellow/black handles (which has a plain satin blade). I would have to buy two of them and swap the blades to get the knife I really want.

I heard the black is peel ply G-10 unlike the yellow and black version coming out which is non-peel ply G-10.

Am I the only one whose hand gets pinched by the compression lock? Every time.
I've heard there are "covers" of sorts for the lock. Apparently others have same issue? Anyone know of these and where to get them?

I just put titanium on my PM2- S45vn version, as well, and the Endura M4 steel version. I didn't like the mint green scales 😒 The new Magnacut PM2 is pretty nice..but I like this salt scales. I won't change em

Question for the community.
I see the SALT model has some “whitish” dust inside the scales. Is it due to the lighting or the color is fading a bit inside the groves of the scales? It seems is dusty inside the scales; or is it supposed to be like that. Anyone?
Or is the handle and the inside of the groves pitch black?

@@edsaban572weird because the creator of magnacut himself, dr Larrin Thomas, recommends 62 for outdoorsy blades. Phone him up and alert him or your findings!
