As someone who was also scammed by a close friend and others (to the
tune of a much much much smaller amount of money than yours) I can
totally understand your feelings. And I must say, you are a kind of
inspiration to me, as you remained so calm and poised during all of
this. You were logical, and emotional, but NOT crazy and violent. I
never once heard you yell or get visibly upset. As I said, you remained
calm. I admire that quality very very much as I do not have it. I got
hugely upset at my situation, and I tried to chase after the money as
well, but even here in the USA, I was told that I would have to go to
the state of the residing offender (very far from my state by the way) in order to sue them to get my money back. It seems, that the law claims to be on our side, but quite often
instead, appears to be on the side of (or at least complacent towards)
the criminals. I too felt a deep loss and distrust in people. I have
never fully gotten over it, however, but my life too, has moved on. I try NOT to
think too deeply about it, because if I do, then I just end up getting
really upset and ultimately depressed about it... but if it makes you
feel somehow better, I just want you to know that watching your video
fully, I totally respected you, as you kept your cool and stayed
emotionally strong and calm. I guess, your video for me, taught me more
about how to handle life's evilness, more than anything else....
watching this video, you became a kind of role model for me. Thank you
for sharing this video and your story. I am deeply sorry for your loss
in finances and in faith towards humankind... but I totally understand. Please try
to remember that not all human are evil like that. (By the way, I
noticed in your emails from the criminals... that often they did not
capitalize the "I" or "kind regards". That to me says they were
uneducated English speakers to some degree, or not truly native

Lots of suggestions which are common sense (for me, anyway).
    1. If someone contacts you with investment advice, first you ask how they got your information.
    2. A successful fund manager doesn't need to cold call random people.
    3. You can buy stocks easily yourself, all it takes is 2-3 days to have an account funded and ready, no need for suspicious middlemen.

Better still, judging from the quality of his documentary, he could write an excellent book about this, Frederick Forsyth style. The money he'd been scammed out of would surely return and he'd have some closure considering it nothing but an investment in the stage of preliminay research. I'm listening to this while working, and hell, I could enjoy it if the story was stretched into a 7-8 hour audiobook! That there is no classic happy end here makes no difference; the Jackal didn't get to shoot De Gaulle either.

But let's be real, there are criminal bankers in the world, and they may use accounts like this to commit their own crimes. Keithy Baby Hi Keith, thank you. I like your documentary a lot and have watched it a couple of times over (I just do not like the ending as I was hoping that they are caught, brought to trial, and imprisoned and die there or something). Your documentary was very professionally done so I wonder why you did not lease it to some tv channel as you can make some money out of it. If anything, it serves to educate us to be extremely cautious when doing business with people. You can also reach a wider audience and if you are lucky enough, to get some info from somebody who happened to know these scoundrels. I hope you do not get embittered by this. Even the most careful among us are not totally immune by these pieces of shit on earth.
Nonetheless, I have a small criticism to make. I see that the main perpetrators were Caucasians, and definitely not Thais but the tone of your documentary, especially at the beginning seems to suggest that you placed the blame quite heavily on them. Only upon reaching the middle part, I finally could understand that you were upset by their poor law enforcement system. That's it mate, nothing else. Still if they are sneaky enough they can still get by. That's how Bernie Madoff did it. He kept all the i's dotted and t's crossed until the scam broke down. The big lesson that you learn from this is that as an Australian who wants to invest money , he should have dealt with a registered Australian company who have offices and phones in Australian
Australian registered companies are registered with a government body , the names and addresses of the company directors are also listed with the government and the government will take action if anything goes wrong .
As a world traveler , i often find that when you asked question about anything from official people , you can be fobbed off or the person who you seek information from finds it very hard to understand your language or situation although they speak your language

Maybe he would have found Andrew Drummond, a British journalist who has written extensively about these guys. He knew enough that he had to leave Thailand because of death threats. And yes,. these are tough, very viscous people. Three of the major players 10 years ago are now dead, and not by natural causes. Just read Drummond if you want the low down on these guys.

    • @walkingphilosopher

T Anon The analogy with the college degree thing does not work, mate. In college, you have almost full control of the situation. If you play by a certain rule, do your best and persist, you'd definitely get it. There are incredibly numerous of degree holders out there. I am myself a PhD holder (in Engineering) from an extremely prestigious university, and I seriously think it was a piece of cake for me to get the degree. Furthermore, it was free for me as I got a scholarship for that. Not an incredible feat, nothing to be proud of imo.
When dealing with criminals, things are very complicated. It is more like you asking a date to a racist woman. The cards are stacked heavily on you. If you fail badly, it is most likely not only your fault as there are many factors involved. You are not in control to change your race, your skin color, height, or looks. On the other hand, if you are successful, then extremely great. If you are close to being successful, it is still something to be proud of in my opinion. I agree the guy in this documentary was not successful, but that did not immediately make him a loser. He is not exactly the CIA right to do this investigation work ALONE, full time with infinite resources?
Yes, you need near infinite resources to catch international criminals like these. Remember that even a country with many resources sometimes could not bring a war criminal to trial. Famous examples includes Idi Amin, Joseph Mengele, and Jack the Ripper.

    • @colin-manyeates-clan5221
      @colin-manyeates-clan5221 5 лет назад +1

Finally an activist!!! When people close their accounts and let them know why then it will motivate them to do something about it. After all they can't have any competition in theft can they? Yes the banks especially HSBC are major criminal enterprises.. check into fraudclosures by the millions worth trillions and more trillions on on REMIC insurance (3 years after a fraudclosure with fabricated paper that a 9 yo can see is fake but the courts in the US accept even though no witness, though evidence that the signature is fake and signed on behalf of IndyMac Bank FSB 2 years after it was dissolved (See Judge Schack N.Y one of the few honest judges ... dead now,, hmmm guess he got in the way) oh and trillions more on derivatives... all fraud!!! No actual Note, no claim nor claimant and because I caused so much trouble for over four years they did a hurry up 14 day motion to evict me and anything left was considered abandoned... well 13 days later 30 cops blocked off two blocks 15 deputies and two SWAT teams kicked in the door of the house, broke into the garage and kicked in every hatch on every boat I had in the back yard... hmm doesn't sound like an eviction to me ... more like a hit by the sheriff who is implicated in every foreclosure as I noticed him of every filing under 18 USC 4....
So we have Banks and Sheriffs and Judges all in cahoots to steal people’s property under fraudulent and counterfeit instruments. Imagine that.... oh and I almost forgot assains. I wonder who authorized the use of the two SWAT teams and payment?? Naturally I don’t blame the police because they have been the Mfias enforcement for a long time.. just doing their job... (mispells are on purpose to avoid bootube's algorithims)
BTW, may I crack your eggshell of conditioning a bit?
Do you recall closing day on your Mortgage? Do you recall receiving anything of substance or value in your hand, your bank account or anyone on your behalf (such as the seller) BEFORE you signed and delivered the instruments to the agent??? NO!! Thus you did not get a "loan" by definition and in fact you are the only one who put up anything.. your signature. But you do not know that under the fiat system we the people are creditors and our signature is worth around 64B yes Bill ion. So they devise these ponzi schemes to get you to sign which is then converted into negotiable instruments and exchanged as such. Get a hold of the electronic tracking sheet if you can (stealthy like .. I use my accountant as an excuse under an alleged t ax investigation and that I need evidence of the transactions for those purposes)
Oh and BTW there is no proper record or filing with the F E C as required nor ta xes paid and of course no investigation by the internal (revenue) depart ment .... hmmm
As to these punks, next time try what i did... send money via maneygram only to be picked up at a particular place under a particular name... Hire your own thug squad and when they get the funds, follow them back to their hideout and raid the place force them to send out messages to all their targets about their scam and help them down the stairs with their shoe laces tied... and if a large house or compound ... well most have propain for cooking .. Did not do all that because I had not team but I did make them notice al their targets… As it turns out many times it is some poor rat in a stinky room in Africa... traced one to Haiti another to Aruba but mostly Africa and if you are white they will try to kidnap you and hold you for ransome.... So dress like covered woman.
Look we the people are vulnerable by ourselves but in numbers we literally rule, so start a private go get em group and let's go get em. Then purchase some real attorneys to go after the banks for fraud, and get people by the millions to boycott the banksters. Use Credit Unions and learn how they do it, to play it back on them.
In this instant you should have hired an ex-marine who speaks the language. Vets need jobs as we are the highest rate of "suicide" because we are without jobs and without hope and wake up every day knowing we went to war on an innocent population for profit of the banksters and cohorts in congress.... just like the pe do rings which kid nap almost one million a year!! Kill millions for body parts and a million more every year in murder in the womb for pay and blood and body parts. Holly wood, congress, senate, c i _ and all around the world.
BTW, I am fighting the Orphans Court to keep them from evicting a good hearted man and his cats from his parents land where he has lived his entire life of over 50 years. He is partially deaf from birth, lost an eye and hobbles around, but has manages to use the land for his subsistence. His brother has contrived a way to take the property and make him homeless even though the will (he was orphaned at 9 yo) clearly made him the beneficiary. I could really use the assistance of a legal writer. So any donation would be much appreciated or assist me in putting together something on the net for donations... I know the laws fairly well and did win against a judge in the State supreme court but only after boxing them in... however I have a real tough time putting it on paper in proper form. With assistance (even where I dictate or give my free writing to them to crush down review rewrite and then put into proper format) I can get it done in a few days but by myself It takes months and I miss deadlines.
A good assistant is more what I need but I have located some land close by for 90k (which for this area MD is very very cheap) and just what is needed .. land locked all wooded around and large enough to keep prying eyes and the county thugs away. Any help... I'm open to a loan, and/or property in trust (which I may do to pass it on for others in need.. etc.) or some such "investment" in helpful humanity, something even if as last resort in your name or everyone's name under contract to be purchased back etc. Once i get him and my stuff (I have some good equipment for landscaping, did contracting for 20 years and the bought dilapidated property and redesigned and did most of the building myself.. had 20+ properties all stolen by fraud..) When justice returns to the courts I am certain to win a few cases with large awards.
I had no intent to share this or ask but I am so hurt and frustrated with myself for not being able to help him or myself ... and pray for him, the president and all the good people of the world daily... When I did a talkshoe for a year or so, I got calls from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland and all over the US... I'm a good teacher in splaining difficult things to people and may have helped a few but mostly due to the corruption of the judges ended up just being company and wishful =, hope and delaying the steamroller for as much as two years on average .. which helped to soften the blow.
Not sure because the last "eviction" assault a lot was destroyed and funny how when they win as a direct result of my help, they tend to think that it should never have happened in the first place and they are not given any settlement but keep their homes.. so no compensation for me.... I've received a few hundred from some but at least once I had to send that and more to help them as the relentless criminals pursue them again and again with a new judge worse than the last. ...
It takes up all my time so I am unable to work and now even if I did it would take me a year or so to make enough to purchase it. Grrrr, The stress is horrible and I am in need of help, hope and companionship in the process. ON top of all this I have set aside my inventions which are still really great and ahead of there time still... I can build houses out of waist material but after 10 years of renovating properties and finally getting a Large building for manufacturing in Oklahoma 2008 hit (all crafted from the beginning as it turns out).... I just can't seem to do it on my own anymore.... hard to explain but without some camaraderie, team, teamwork, assistance I just get distracted, depressed and watch long videos of others who got ripped off. ..
Anyway, Blessings, good on ya mate for doing what you did and if we end up working together I'd love to put together a business to go after them. It works both ways... they don't help you and turn a blind eye and will do the same for them. "The only thing evil needs to prosper is fro good men to do nothing"
I have pay pal under my email ( truthmonger6 at the g mail dot com) if you want to be anonymous and redoing a gofundme which someone I helped in a federal case put together but needs redoing...
      Till then all the best...

I'd suggest he have a broadcasting company pick it up and broadcast it. Not only would this further expose the scam and the corruption, it might put some money in Keith's pocket for purchasing the rights to broadcast it.

This is a classic video. I originally watched it many years ago and just returned to rewatch it. The presentation style has inspired me a lot in my own videos.
I would definitely be interested in seeing you make a final update video after all these years. Even if there are no real updates about the scam, it would be interesting to hear some background behind the production of this documentary and when you decided to make it/what your thought process was.
