I was listening to this initially and I heard the doppelganger thing. I was wondering what the fuck was any of that even about. This was so obviously AI-generated that I was caught offguard. Isn't Humanity Fuck Yeah! about human superiority? Where the fuck is that in this. We have the Thallarians obsessed with finger counts. You'd think that the story would logically follow "See? Your six fingers mean jack squat. We humans have 5 fingers, and yet we beat you in this test of dexterity.". But no it immediately goes into this nonsensical plot about a military operation about to happen and then the dark and younger mirror comes into play and shit kinda just falls to pieces. The story turned from "Humanity Fuck Yeah!" to "Humanity What The Fuck"
There was at least one obvious plot hole at about 20 min. in. I was an English teacher, so I tend to be adept at finding such things, But I would not want to ruin other people's enjoyment by nit picking criticism. The stories on this site are usually better and more interesting than most similar ones, so there is that. BTW this story resembles Star Trek alternate universe episodes.
I love the stories but, why are they always Human centric? There is so much rich lore and story potential in what has already been given to us and we get so little of it.
