- City leaders are offering a $25,000 reward for the capture and prosecution of a suspect prying copper metal plaques honoring teachers on the Woodland Hill’s Walk of Hearts out of the sidewalk and stealing them, likely to sell as scrap, officials said. Does it matter who did it? This is L.A. where the 6th street bridge has its wiring stolen, fire hydrants and lampposts aren't safe either... there are absolutely NO repercussions for it. People even steal grave plaques..they have no conscience and no fear of going to jail. Keep choosing the same though...
