@Norscan Wolf That's it
@@TVJandro Whats going on Penn and Teller are just not that stupid? (even for one of your tricks fooling them! BUT THIS WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR HAND IN THERE DOING IT!🤦♂️🤣) you must have some thing on them! If they are that stupid I should be doing their show! I would be getting a lot more correct!
Does it take you a whole minutes to select the card (from only 10 LOL) and slide it into the box and close the clay?
@@danquaylesitsspeltpotatoe8307 You do realize that Penn and Teller are standing right next to him, and they obviously don't see him "selecting" a card and putting it inside the box. They know he's using sleight-of-hand, (everyone does) but the method he used is what fooled them.

YOU DIDNT SEE HIS HAND IS HIDDEN IN A BIG LEGO BOX?
ARE YOU THAT STUPID?
THATS WHY THEY DONT SEE IT DUMMY!🤦♂️🤣
"They know he's using sleight-of-hand"
DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS?
APPARENTLY NOT!

ITS ALL HIDDEN INSIDE THE LEGO BOX
Do you think the box is there for no reason he is doing it behind the lego box and they cant see his hand?
THIS IS NOT SLEIGHT OF HAND!
THIS HACK DOES NOT HAVE SKILL!🤦♂️🤣
A magician so good he has to do the trick with hands hidden! 🤦♂️🤣 Even then very slow to pick the card and slide it in the box and poorly close the opening on the end!
This magician has done this trick in 52 parallel universes. He got it right in this one.
Just 40, no face cards, after all.
@@jasonx7803 36, since decks don't have a 1 (unless you count aces)
johana77 he says “1 to 10” so he must be including aces.
Multiple universes can still pick the same card more than once

"You'll let me do this?" It was over at that point :D
Exactly my thought!
Yeah, they were already thinking “if the 2 or diamonds is in there, I got nothing”
Hahahaha damn that's exactly what I thought, when he handed him the box it was like watching a multiple car crash on Penn's face hahahaha
It really was.
Penn was just thinking "if we actually find a two of diamonds in there this trick is so damn good we got nothing" and the look on his face when Teller holds it confirms it. They were both just totally stunned to the point they didn't even have the barest theory to deliberate.
at that point the only way the 2 was getting in their is if it was their the whole time or he slips it in. and he never handled it. when he went to unwrap it he says this is impossible. probably at that point he noticed theirs no way he could slip a card in pass the wrap and alarm. (the legos sure)
I don't care how he did it. Teller is almost in tears at the end.
This guy brought the essence of magic back in the hearts of the two old timers.
This is a beautiful piece of magic. I love spanish magicians so much.
That was so strong...

I love when Penn said "You're gonna let me do it?" At this point he had completely crossed out the possibility that any Sleight of Hand could have happened before that point due to the fortification, so he assumed It had to come after the box was already out. That was the moment he was truly stumped.
that's the most pure meaning of being fooled
if Penn and Teller had considered the posibility of the sleight being done before the clay box was out they may have caught or though of something, but it caught them so off guard that at that point it didn't matter one bit if they could have sat down and figured out between them how the trick was done, because regardless they have been, in a very literal sense, completely fooled and misdirected
I think the real mystery is how he came clean. Things can of course be in the clay block. But if so, it is unthinkable how Jandro would allow Penn to handle the dirty clay block.
@@yookoala you nailed it
The main reason Penn and Teller got fooled wasn't because they didn't knew the trick. if they sat and talked for some minutes they probably could have gotten an idea. Its because they were completely distracted and acted cocky being so sure that the trick would take place when Jandro would open the box and they got completely caught off guard and literally fooled in how the trick was being performed.
He's thinking to himself "Oh man, I hope Teller caught something...."
i am trying to break down what happened in my head, i think he had the box, alarm, lock, card, and clay all separate in the lego box. Then with 1 hand, slipped the card and, activated the alarm, locked it, and started to cover it in clay entirely, all with one hand. to be able to do all that seamlessly while continuing on conversation, is amazing.
Jandro: *performs this impossible trick
Also Jandro: *can't upload the video in widescreen
I thought my phone problem with this vertical big screen.Haha
You will see his hand is inside the box the whole time even while pen is breaking the legos. Is clearly visible

The funny thing is if they just take 2 seconds to think about it the answer is obvious. They opened the box which means the card was already in it, which means the table has a false bottom and someone slipped it into the Lego box after they knew the card. They where so impressed with the fact that he let them open the box.

Right.
I always felt like this trick was sort of obvious, the only thing I don’t understand is where the other 39 numbered cards went. But sliding a card in through that lid then folding over the clay with your hand in the Lego box seems simple enough.
@@urusledgeI reckon there was a container that looked like part of the Lego wall
You know it’s a good trick when you don’t have all the top of the line keyboard magicians explaining how the trick is done in the comments
I'm an actual magician so i comment on magic vids but i don't give the secret away... Can't figure this one out
Haha amazing I literally was scrolling for the reveal
Could it be a subconscious suggestion layered in over a few days followed by a massive gamble by the performer ?
Agree, I was scrolling through the comments to see if somebody had an explanation
There is no explanation because it either was deleted (this is the magician's channel after all) or because it is obvious how it was done so no one really cared to actually write it down. But since you asked, here's the trick:
He starts the trick with a full deck of cards inside that lego box. All cards are ordered by color and numbers. When Teller chooses diamonds, he puts all non-diamond cards into his sleeve. When Penn chooses the 2, he puts that card inside the wooden box. You can't hear the alarm sound because it's either a trick alarm that can be switched off, or a trick box with a secret opening or he just opens it very slightly which doesn't raise the alarm as you can see. He then puts the clay around the wooden box. The clay does clearly not have the same shape as in the video from Spain. He then puts the rest of the diamond cards into his sleeve and that's it. He had like 90 seconds to do all that which is more than enough to pull this trick off. Even if this wasn't how the trick was actually done, it could've been done this way. That said, I really enjoyed the act, but more because of Jandro's character and spontaneous humor than because of the trick itself.
'I'm from Spain.' That does not give you the right to fool around with the aspect ratio. :-
Was just about to say that...

Penn and Teller's reactions to getting fooled are always a great sight... but this is the first time I can recall them ever being so stunned, that they're rooted to the spot, and Penn actually looks disturbed by what he's just witnessed. What I liked best is that P&T were so confused that they didn't change their expressions or body language for those few seconds, even when a Spaniard was running around the stage, screaming, and hugging each of them 😆😂 An absolute masterpiece, Handro. Seems that it was magic clay that didn't dry on the journey...
"you're letting me do this?"
you had him there.
Thanks for the performance! Hearing Penn say "This seems like an impossible trick..." (almost ZERO magician interaction with props during performance) and "This can't be the two of diamonds..." is strangely satisfying. He's there, unwrapping the clay with tactile sense of both the brick structure and clay wrapped box (that we as rewinders don't have) which only emphasizes his incredulity in his voice. Teller's expression of disbelief when he holds up the card...this was just a fun act to watch!
This was an incredible thing - this was two stooges getting fooled by a magic trick.
You could see it all over both of them, they have absolutely no idea how this was done, note fooled on method or expectation - just clueless.
@@stefanandrews5098 Here's the thing - if there was any clear way to force through the clay, Penn would have seen it. Whatever the method, it was cleaner than anything.
Mhm, what do you mean with almst zero magician interaction with props? His left hand is in the box THE WHOLE Time and you can't see what he's doing.
I think it would be fairly easy to prepare a ordered deck, place the card into the box, close it, close the clay and then vanish the deck, either via sleight of hand or hidden pocket in the bottom of the Lego Box.
@@Sandro1155 I mean, you did see Penn struggling to open the clay with both hands, right? Now imagine doing that manipulation with TELLER watching your arm the whole time, and only one hand. That's part of why they were so incredulous. Penn was asking Teller if he'd seen any obvious movements to indicate the obvious sleight of hand. He had not. Which is honestly impressive in itself.
@@Sandro1155 yeah, you are right. The problem is,thinking is easier than actually doing...
It's the moment when Penn is astonished that Jandro was going to have *him* pull the card out. It means that Penn truly did not think the card was in there yet. He knew the if two of diamonds was in there that Jandro did it without him knowing it. The trick had already been completed, and neither Penn nor Teller had even realized it.
Or the two of diamonds was in there all along and he used a psychological force

@@WenzelStorch sleeves
Watched first time now. As always great trick from this Spanish masters. I needed 2-3 minutes to understand how its done (my version of course). 1) Magician is holding deck of cards inside lego box and knows exactly order of cards; 2) When P&T make their choices he is prepared to grab (using 1 hand only) exact card (i think its the only risky moment in the trick, its all about skill of counting and card feeling) and he does it, while talking; 3) Then he folds in half with his fingers and puts this card inside box while one part of clay is open (when Penn will clear this clay you will see that its possible without any problem according to how this clay package is done), this open space is exactly where one side of the box got very narrow gap (close to bottom from one of the sides); important to notice that right after grabbing the exact card his deck is waiting somewhere close to
his hand because all manipulations are done with one hand; 4) The card is in the box now (which is closed of course with a real lock) and he is closing with one hand the open space with clay and presses it down to look solid; 5) Then its 2 options. Or he is hiding deck in his sleeve right after and before lego destruction or he is doing it right in the moment of destruction (maybe thats why he is using this hand to get the right angle of 100% hiding deep in the sleeve, when he tells Penn that its his show + watching his eyes to additionally get his attention doing last hiding action).
Rest of things are obvious and so great. And i believe that magician got that 2-3% of insecureness that he could grab different card, thats why he is checking card with Teller so involved and after realising the card is right he sincerely celebrates it (even that this action is also planned of course :))).
What do you guys think?
I don't think that's it, Penn and Teller can see his hand is in the box. Surely they would peek inside the lego casing to make sure that's *not* how it's being loaded in
I think you are spot on! Here is a few pointers which support your theory a - the clay had a flap on the side, I think where the possible gap is between the lid of the box and the side pieces. This clay flap is easy to mold into place and close the clay with one hand after the card has been inserted while the clay was still open. b - long sleeves from jacket. It is very easy to have a retractable cable with 9 x 4 cards minus 1 total of 35 cards attached on a sledge and have these retract into the sleeve. Maybe when he is taking out the baseball bat for distraction or during the destruction of the legos. c - you can see the card being folded and dented when Teller takes it out, this is probabaly from being inserted.
good theory @noneedtowhine

That was brilliant so much comic and so lovely to see.
I have a theory. First of all, the fact that he had his left hand hidden the entire time gave me a hint. In the house of LEGOs, he had an entire deck of cards where he knew the order. The box had clay around it, so there may have been a slit in the clay and the box. After getting the correct card, he put it through the slits and kneaded the clay when he was done to remove the slit!
Except Teller was watching his hand like a hawk?..
@@vickyburton2434his hand was inside the Lego box
Not forget key point that marker is red that's half of the deck.....
@@prafulyadav661Yep, you can see when he's wheeling the box out at the very beginning that his hand is fully inside the box, where it remains until smash time.
This seems like the most likely approach, still having him palm and ditch the deck THAT close is impressive. I can't tell where it would end up at the end of it all.

Jandro is just one of the best out there..amazing! Greetings from germany
"This can't be the two of diamonds in here" - I love that comment so much
Excellent Trick! For those who wondered. The alarm doesnt set off until the box is more than halfway open, so the clay is necessary to hold the box in a half-open state for him to slot the card in. The conversation with Penn and having Teller to draw is to buy the time for the setup for him to select the correct cards. The shape is select first because its easier to eliminate the cards by the shape, that would be left to 10 cards to work with. After Penn selected the card, he will have to buy time from Penn and Teller for him to slot in the correct card. Once the card had been slot into the box, he closes the clay which in turns closes the box and the lock.
so many plotholes on this explanation
@@taken852👎👎👎
@@lionelteo4159 I agree this is obviously the right answer. The sheer fact he had his hand inside a literal box indicates he was doing something in it. Would have been a different story if he never touched the lego box. It’s easy to find an alarm that’s either only light sensitive or doesn’t get triggered before a certain angle. It’s also easy to create a slit somewhere to shove unused cards. The alarm and lock are just red herrings to make it appear more authentic.

It's a setup. They pick the same card every time.
Technically, he got help from el Señor Tamariz.
Truly a Work of bona fide Magic.
I think some of the suggestions of slipping a card into a slit in the box are correct. That said it may be counting cords to correct card to load, but it may also have been (and I consider this unlikely) a small printer in the base of the table. Here is my thinking:
Key: Nothing in a trick is by accident.
1) Given his reaction to Penn bashing the table I think he's protecting something: I think the extra cards are in the table or just covered by some of the lego base.
2) You'll note that the card isn't folded. To me that's a key tell and would have been eliminated if they could have.
3) The box does not seem to be carefully examined. It seems likely the card could have been inserted at the base of any of the four sides. At the same time that box did get into Tellers hands for a few seconds and we do seem him glance at it quickly, so maybe not. But if they'd have taken any time at all...
4) A small slit in the clay via a razor blade or putty knife would have given an easy load slot from any side, and such a small slit would have been easy to blend in.
5) Look at 6:08. The poorly folded clay over the side is quite obvious, and I think that's the side of the box we don't much see.
6 He wanted to fill time for some reason with the whole "color the tablet" thing. This could be counting time. It was certainly loading the card time. You'll notice he asked for the suit first, which allowed him to cut quickly to the correct set of 4 suits ( I assume the cards are segmented somehow).
Finally, I note the card had to be only 1-10. Why? I consider it most likely he was avoiding the complexity of the face cards. Is there a very small color printer in that table?" I don't see space for his under the table, but I don't know of another reason to have avoided face cards.
He keeps his one hand down the entire time, and again the clay was clean all around except that one side. It wasn't visible to Penn, but I'm pretty sure Teller knew there was a load. He's a fooler because they got it for the most part but they didn't immediately know the method he used to find the card they picked or where the cards were hidden.
5:42 - Green lid closes to hide the compartment for the ditch
I think you nailed 90% of the ways and means and tricks and shortcuts that this could have been done by - That being said - boggles me every fooling!.. why is it that penn and teller didn't even take time to sit and throw around these ideas that you and I are espousing? If laymen like us are able to posit things like this, why can't penn and teller As a last ditch effort maybe put them forth??! Fake show.
size or simplicity. but if the other guy picked a random card... he ruined part of the trick.
#4 small slit in clay, he’s amazing at slight of hand, hence all that distraction. While pen smashed the box he grabbed the box sliding the card into the slit in the clay then rubbing his thumb over it to cover the opening. Then the rest is just theatrics. My guess…
Maravilloso... De lo mejor que he visto!
Felicitaciones!
I have never seen Penn react like that.
"You let me do that?"
"There can't be the 2 of diamonds in here."
He almost lost his composure and I waited for him to say "but now you cannot do your sleight of hand."
An absolutely astonishing magic trick. Well done! 👏
I don't know how many of these Fool Us clips I've watched, but this one might be my favorite. Wildly entertaining performance, and just a fabulous payoff. Penn & Teller are both thoroughly enthralled, and they know they're stumped immediately. Just perfection.
Jandro's Penn and Teller appearances are still my favourites in the history of the show. His charisma and the wonder his tricks invoke in me are both completely unparalelled.
I decided to believe in magic
Wow, they didn't even need to discuss it! You completely stumped them! Well done, Jandro!!!!
You could hear him at the end say to Teller "Do you have any idea?" and he shakes his head no. Amazing.
Nah they lying it was an easy trick
This is BRILLIANT
¡¡Jandro!! Qué bella tu personalidad y qué truco tan espectacular 😍 Te has ganado una nueva fan ♥️♥️
Gracias Daniela. Pronto habrá novedades... estate atenta!!
I have watched this about 100 times, I love you Jandro.
I still love Teller’s face. He doesn’t talk, but he is absolutely speechless here. 😂😂😂😂😂
I've had him speak to me in person. He was tired and grumpy that day.
One of my favorite parts of this show is watching Teller's reactions. You can tell when he is enjoying it, and you can tell when they blow his mind. At 7:09 he mouths "what?"... and that was wonderful. 😎
Teller does great magic lectures, by the way.
This is one of the greatest tricks ever.
Now idk if i am right or wrong, but i thought of something that might explain the trick..
You see, his hand was in the box the whole time, so he might've had the whole deck inside the box, as an order, so as he was dealing with penn and teller, he asked teller the suit names individually, buying him enough time to go through the suites, after that, he asked penn for a number, which penn said and he asked them to draw, buying him enough time to go through with the numbers and choose the correct card using his calculation, and put the other cards right into his sleeves after that he sealed the clay and all, while keeping them busy in talking.. He wasn't 100% sure that it has gone right and that explains his joy at the end!
However, you need years of training to pull off something like this, something this fast!! This dude is great!
I thought of that too, and I think it’s probably something like that (as his hand was in there a very long time, and perhaps his personality is so distracting that it didn’t register to them or even if it did, they didn’t know exactly how), but he did it SO damn well that it’s impossible to say for sure. He definitely has their number. Hell, could be way off base with this too, who knows.
You are definately on the right track. Its less than 52 since he asks Penn to chose from 1 to 10 x 4 suits = 40 not 52.
yeah you got it or close enough. he navigated to the correct card, slid it into the box probably from the bottom via a sliding panel, and then sealed the clay
That's absolutely astonishing. As a layman I can't even pretend to have a guess.
And watching P&T it seems like they felt more or less the same. Thanks for something truly enjoyable and unbelievable!
I LOVE IT when Teller is fooled and makes that "how??" face of his.
Si me dicen que algún día Jandro iba a tomar el pelo a esos dos nunca lo hubiera creído. Es fantástico. No puedo parar de ver el vídeo y las caras de felicidad de todo el mundo. El fooler y los fuleados.
Well done ! I love the SIMPLICITY ! No extra moves, no tossing balls all over the theatre etc. just two choices, open the box, there’s the card. Nice ! 🎭
How are those choices? lol
@@jasond8477 two choices, to choose what number and what symbol of card
Yes!!! Exactly!!!!
He still had one hand in the box all the time
You guys gotta realize he had an almost an entire deck of cards in his hand. Once knowing the card they chose, he had to, using only touch with very little space pluck out the 2D, insert it into the box, reseal the clay, and then find a way to make all the rest of the cards disappear...
All while yapping, and bantering along with them.
There's a reason P smashed the Legos so hard. He wanted to see if there were any loose cards to come out of the Lego pile.
The reason they just gave it to him is that they couldn't figure out how he got rid of 39 cards without any obvious signs.
If there is a major aspect to the trick they can't figure out, they give the award.
Simplemente magnífico Jandro..
This is my favorite episode so far. That's an amazing trick!
I strongly believe that this man put a random card in that box and prayed to God that he wouldn't make a fool of himself and somehow he was just the luckiest man on Earth. Look at his reaction, he played them with divine intervention.
It genuetnly looks like it
Naahh haha. Producers gets to see the trick first before presenting it on the show. So...
Haha xD I'm spanish, i've seen this magician on tv a lot of times, and his reactions are always like that xD
You must be trolling
@@evandelavin4850 What if the producers knew he was taking a 1/40 chance and decided to only air if it worked? lol
I love how it's widescreen put into a vertical orientation then put into widescreen (at least on a PC). Anyway, dang amazing man here.
Sorry. The other videos are horizontal... better at magic than at technology
Best one of the entire series. I cackled like 5 times hahahaha
omg I can't help but be genuinely happy for the guy, look at him!! awesome trick, congratulations!
You are such a great magician. Very entertaining, very original stuff. Hard to be funny and do magic without it being bad or sounding forced. Penn and teller are great at it too. You are right on that level of the mix.
Oh you are such a joy to watch 🤩
Jandro,
That's perfectly amazingly done.
I loved your funny personality.
Wish you all the best 😊
