The Dani DaOrtiz/Lennart Green/Markobi style of magic is by far my favorite style to watch, and super skillful to pull off. Very well done, man. Awesome job.
I *think* I figured out how some of this was done, but like Dani's amazing routine on the show, it only makes it more impressive. And the storytelling was immaculate too.
@@davidedgar3509 lol, P&T said DaOrtiz was the GOAT of card tricks, but here you are with your super qualified opinion to troll on someone elses' schtick. Thanks for sounding off. Everyone will be sure to make a note of it.
Oh it’s Mahdi in the comments! I just watched his routine last night, it was fantastic. I tried to recreate the first trick and I think it’s actually much harder to do with thumbs. From the moment he opens the box, our brains are working twice as hard because things aren’t moving the way we’re used to seeing them move, and the high speed at which he moves things around on the table and the different operating procedure in doing so is overwhelming and hard to process, which leads us to being less suspicious about why things are left face down or up, which is seemingly out of convenience, but is a critical part of the trick. If done with thumbs, it immediately seems deliberate and thus suspicious. It’s incredibly fun to watch, because the whole procedure just feels entirely different, it has a sort of flowing nature to it that was just incredibly smooth… like the cards were tumbling around the table as if being blown about by the wind.
My guess is that the only reason why P&T were not fooled, is because they know that "truly great magician from Spain" you are the manager of. Coincidence seems to be a different version of Dani's The Ritual, which is an absolutely insane and amazing trick. Just like the Coincidence. Very amazing trick here, Javier, and very entertaining!
That's something that I was always wondering - do they show the introductory video to P&T & the live audience, that we are seeing? Because, sometimes Alison asks questions in tbe interview that were kind of answered it the video, so it seems redundant, so I am 50: 50 undecided, whether they actually see that in the theatre
Not sure what impresses me more - that P and T are able to recognize so many things, but also couch their findings in terms that leave everyone else with no idea how its done, but the performer knows what they caught. Its like there's another language being employed.
One of my favourites - what a lovely guy ! Thanks for brightening up my evening - that's all that matters in the end (in my opinion) and I enjoyed every second 👍
Dani is possibly the most skilled magician to ever appear on Fool Us, and because P&T knew how The Ritual worked after he came on the show, I believe this is the same, like a subset or a modification of it :)
This was incredible. I have no idea. How they figured that out. That was. So damn good. I guess that's what happens when you manage the best in the biz. It rubs off!
The double lift joke was was quite hilarious! (I'm British and we do say 'lift' not Elevator). Nice touch. 🙂 I forgot to say, very impressive trick. As a casual magician, I was extremely impressed when the 9's match after Allison handled her cards under the table. This is often a nervous time for a magician when the spectator has the cards in hand AND out of sight. Great job Javier. 👍
Wow, what a superb SERIES of tricks! I have no idea how you did them, but if it wasn't actual wizardry then it was astonishing skill. Yes, of course you did something sneaky under the table, but that doesn't begin to explain the ending.
An absolutely awesome trick. Truly magic! Some incredible card handling and while Teller might have worked it out, I sure didn’t. A really beautiful performance.
Because it looks so clean in the table when you do the reveal (like no palming or handling cards in any way) it truly looks magical. Amazing, I usually get about %50 of tricks but I have no idea how you pulled this off.
Tell, you what; I would go away without a clue, happy to be fooled. I love tricks like this. Somehow, I think it takes a huge amount of skill to watch for the key to a trick, just like it takes a huge amount of skill to perform a trick. Ty.
I am dumbfounded. I love watching and figuring things out, but after the first watch I have nothing. This is extraordinary. (The Queens.. just extraordinary.)
Lo primero que me viene a la mente cuando veo esta presentación es "invisible deck" y un gran control de las cartas para saber en que punto mostrar la que está boca arriba para que coincida con la de Alyson.
Caos and more caos. What we see is not what we have to see. "Do as I do" routine, much of the time require a deck exchange. Both swap their half deck. Magic has been done... I would say that Javier seem to have ambidexterity qualities to show the cards. Pretty useful for a card magician.😎😎. En reality, first part with the queens present more danger to mess. But Javier took a good breath to relax and made it. The second part, is easier to understand with no caos around... Nice duo of card(s) for the coicidence. 9 and ace, ace and 9. Very good trick. Un saludo Javier. Muy bonito este juego. Tuviste un par de🥚🥚... poner las cartas en manos que no eran las tuyas. No todo el mundo se atreve.
Thank goodness Penn and Teller figured something out. RUclips seems to be nothing but them being fooled. I also don't like that the video titles always say they're fooled. Ruins the fun of watching. But anyways, Javier is very charming and I don't know how he did it and I want to go to Nepal with him.
I'm pretty sure if we knew how it's done it would blow our mind even harder than if it was real magic. The amount of work and rehearsal should be phenomenal.
As someone who also suffers from stage fright this is very inspirational. You did fantastically to conquer those nerves.
Do you ever really conquer it or are you just brave enough to face it?
I completely forgot about the stage fright - his performance was so comfortable (apparently) and amusing!
Definitely see Dani DaOrtiz in this. Makes sense that you are his manager!

Not as good as Dani DaOrtiz in my opinion.

It was great!! So proud of you representing our country. Viva México 🇲🇽!!
Thank you for not spoiling the ending. I don't click videos that say "This trick FOOLED Penn and Teller".
Thats funny, I only ever click on videos that say they fooled Penn and Teller
Then you probably miss like 75% of good videos.
Thanks for your announcement, even though nobody asked.

Cant you not just do it with an invisible deck. ? His hands go under the table maby thats when you do a deck switch.
Oh fvck...yeah the ritual is crazy...this is really similar.

@panda4247 they do yes. She asks a lot of questions and not all are aired.

This is awesome, so so awesome. Thanks for coming up with such a cool routine.
That was an outstanding trick. I've no clue how Javier did it, but it was superb to watch
I was "hey i know that trick" but the last twist got me. Im really impressed and Alyson is a bless. ❤
"I don't know why..." Hahaha, the style is heavily inspired by him. This was an amazing trick.
It started off and I thought I knew where this was going, but 3 sets of pairs I did not. Very, very impressive, sir. Wonderful effect.
"that was hard to say in English", bro, my heart melted! You're incredibly skilled and so charismatic as well. Great performance🎉
What a coincidence!!! Felicidades JAVIER!!!

I am being fear of listening to "da da da" you know.
Every time I hear it, I know I'm fooled.
