Beard's trimmed, hair's cut, no more 'Catweasel' looks, this can only be down to Marion. We (well I) like her too 😉 and her input into both channels .
😉
I also just got a Chin Mount mount for my own helmet, but i did put a few mm of Sugru around it as an extra precaution.
We are using these on the same helmet and they are perfect. Except when temperature get very high the adhesive gets loose
I hope this one stays with time even in harsh climate
Cool
SO MUCH BRILLIANT SHARING 👌👍,,
I'm not a vlogger, but that looks like a simple solution, and for me that usually works best.
Safe, happy travels 👍
I've been using their mount for a while, it works very well. If you ever need to reposition the mount or replace the tape, the one they use is the 3M VHB 4991. Super sticky and thick so it conforms well to the helmet.
Also, make sure you let the tape cure before putting any load on it, otherwise it could create bubbles and compromise the adhesive long term.
I have one for my AGV no idea why but fell off in German luckily I caught my Insta 360 one r/s so now looking for alternatives I think the weight is too much for the Insta maybe hope it works out for you
Hi, did you put a mic inside?
So for that footage did you have to aim your head up, or did you use an extension in the end or was that frame the normal angle as shown in this video?
That was the normal frame. But I should get an extension to get it a bit higher...
@@RidetheBean Ah then its not so bad but yeah another 10 degrees is probably all you need. How are you recording audio? Maybe its worth doing a video on how you capture and briefly edit your clips?
wu tang..
A small disadvantage is that the optics of the Gopro are not centred in the middle.
Hehe yeah… but it’s difficult to get it slightly to the side. I think the center works ok. And on a helmet your head is usually moving around too so it’s not that noticeable
@@RidetheBean I built myself a curved arm from Gopro parts and screws. The adhesive pad is on the side of the front of the helmet. So I have the lens of the Gopro exactly in the middle.
I ride fast most of the time. The helmet doesn't move much, only in the curves. I can see the landscape in the video at home, which is much safer. 😁
