Love it, we get littlenecks in RI a lot, we do raw bar, clams casino, even as did steamed, unless we get steamers then steam, and rest next day fried clams with bellies, the larger cherrystone or even cohaugs we use for clamcakes, stuffies, chowder ect . Best thing free lol. But had accident and have to pay crazy prices unless friends bring, can't believe price for all clams when just mile down road 🤷, funny video showed up on homepage, great video too, know your clams, will I get some in mail? 😳 Wait not good idea to send in mail🤣😂, enjoy, tyvm really enjoyed it.
Thank you for watching and for a great response. I went to do a little research after you gave me this good information. I appreciate it even though I rarely see them in the stores I shop in. I wish I could send some in the mail.
@@MzGlosKitchen check intershell seafood, they freeze same day, also ship fresh if want, I use them for fried clams with bellies when have cookouts, need so many steamer clams, for 2lb bucket all shucked steamers with bellies, all meat, $42, can get small, large or mix, they have other seafood, right from Ipswich bay and frozen or shipped same day, have fish cought same day, with prices these days it's cheaper and no prep work, ready to go once thaw in fridge, you have to pick day want it, I'd get day before, because still arives frozen unless fresh, hope that helps, they are only 1hour away from me, but pick day want delivered, fresh is overnight ect.. oh Ipswich Massachusetts..
Clams can still be good if they're partially opened. Try tapping on the shell a couple times and if its still alive it will close its shell meaning its good eating. Thanks for this upload, love me some steamers!
Thank You. Merry Christmas 🎄
Thanks they look good.
Thanks
Looks good sis...
Thank you.
Btw.. you need to do ribs in the stove and on the grill. We need both. Your videos always contain a lot of useful info. Thanks again for watching.
