Thank you! You don't need a permit, just on weekends it does get a bit busy so be mindful of that. But other than that, great location! Have fun!

Question do you guys get the permit when you find out which day you will be shooting or is there an annual permit you can get??

nargissm For Pasadena City Hall I believe you don’t need a permit. We’ve never encountered any sort of security telling us otherwise. The only thing is that because of that reason it’s usually fairly crowded. However if you go upstairs into any corner it’s gonna look pretty much the same anywhere are you shoot. I hope that helps :)
