Whenever I don’t have enough to buy Sally’s products I just get the strawberries and cream conditioner for my hair and it works perfectly fine with my 3c low porosity hair !
This was my reaction when I used a mousse last week for the first time in like 10+ years. And my curls the next few days stayed so defined! Try the Not Your Mother’s curl talk mousse, it’s amazing.

We don't have a 99ct store or "euro" store in Belgium (EU), but we do have a general discount store called "Action". It's in The Netherlands as well. I last found some curly hair products there for about a euro and a bit. Awesome. Sometimes they have things, other times they don't. You just make it work when you're on a budget. ;)

The formula change over night. I use to love them. Thank God I only used the gel. My hair only looks like it has heat damage.
There were or are *never* sulfates in conditioner, except at Lush.
