This was a fantastic interview... they were so relaxed and definitely enjoying themselves. God Bless the memory of these wonderful men who brought so much to so many on their journey. R.I.H. PHIL AND DON 🎼🖤
After seeing some other interviews of the Everlys done in the UK, I think most of the hosts were more in tune with them and where they were in their career than many of the interviewers in the States.
The second part of this "Don't Let Our Love Die comes from the 1991 BBC programme 'Bringing It All Back Home' connecting Irish and American music to its roots. Lovely.
Albert Lee is still picking great tg , these guys were part of the soundtrack to my childhood , then we have two Irish legends at the end, Liam Og O'Flynn and the great Philip Donnelly , legends all , RIP.
terilynn wells. Don WAS born in Brownie Kentucky.. even though Phil was born in Chicago, all of the rest of the EVERLYs were all from Kentucky. Phil has always call Kentucky his home.!!!
Eamonn Holmes who’s interviewing the Everlys didn’t join this programme till 1993, and they were certainly touring at the venues mentioned in 1993. So looks like it was 1993.
GOD--Their harmonies are perfect & amazing.
