Spoiler. It was the starter. I rebuilt the starter and now it works perfect.

Thanks for the info. Do you ride that scooter often, or is it more of a project scooter?

You're welcome. I'm not sure if I would call it a project scooter. It only had 30 miles on it when I got it. I was riding it around the neighborhood everyday. It's runs perfect. Everything worked fine. I wanted to make a video about the relay click and then when I went to make the video it started clicking. What are the odds? I have all of the plastics off because I'm putting a short shock it to lower it right now and I might paint the bike. I'm just surprised the bike only has 120 miles and it has parts failing even for a chinese scooter. Thanks for watching.

That's a tough one. A loose connection, bad ground, or too much current running through could cause the wires to heat up. You need to check the voltage on the battery and have it load tested. an auto part store should do that for free. If you are running a stereo on the scooter, it may not make enough power to run everything. Will it still kickstart? If you got a complete wire harness that will be a good start. I just ordered a new battery of Amazon for $20. Changing the wire harness and battery should fix the problem. I made a video on rebuilding the starter, you should check it out. It's not too hard to do. Mine would give small cranks and stop then after that it did nothing and I think the hot wire was grounding out inside the starter and one of my brushes was stuck.
