Kawasaki came out with theirs several months after I got mine and it had 112 hp, so Yamaha did a recall on my bike and modified it for extra boost to bring my power from 85 HP to about 112 HP. Lastly I am are major car guy as well but unfortunately am not in the money league of most of the cars there but instead I built it all myself. I bought a 1975 Formula 400 Firebird brand new in Feb 1975 and still have it but I turbocharged it in 1979, drove it for 10 years breaking everything. In 2005 I took it out of storage and rebuilt everything to handle 1000 Hp reliably so it wouldn't break this time. Check it out at "Johns 1975 Formula 400 Firebird" on facebook, the whole story is recorded.
