Good video, good editing, interesting topic but poor analysis of his business. Something as basic as single spot rents not even being disclosed is a major miss. Feels more like a promotional video for his business. He lost credit as soon as he said this was primarily meant to hold his collection. It would be more finance relevant if you told the story of how he built his health care business.
