Do you have to do this with a gmail account or can you do it with like a hotmail or Yahoo account to be the account that get all the emails?

You can also set Outlook Live (Outlook country TLDs, @outlook.com, @hotmail) and Yahoo! as catch-all inboxes.
From the Outlook Live inbox, click the gear icon > View All Outlook Settings > Mail > Sync Mail.
From the Yahoo! inbox, click the gear icon > More Settings > Mailboxes.
