This video was amazing, thank you so much for your honesty and the depth you went into about what you went through. I have OCD as well, and I also happen to be a therapist. For whatever it's worth, I definitely think it's possible to be traumatized by your own mental health symptoms. Some of my intrusive thoughts have been traumatizing for sure, and I've worked with clients who've been traumatized by their symptoms, from depression to panic attacks to hallucinations. Part of healing is definitely working through the trauma caused by our symptoms; it's kind of a mindfuck when you think about it lol. Anyway, great video, please keep them coming!
